Quiet, clean and the hosts are wonderful. The apartment is on the host's own property, which makes it very convenient for any questions or concerns you may have because they are very close, which does not mean that you do not have privacy because they take care not to "disturb" in the slightest. We were "lucky" to go in the middle of the heat wave and inside the apartment it was very hot, an air conditioner would not hurt for future visits. For people who sleep in the living room, on a sofa bed that is surprisingly comfortable, I would warn them that the refrigerator is quite noisy. If you have nothing in it, it has an off button that makes it easy to turn it off and on. In short, a ten-star stay if you have a vehicle and you don't mind wasting some time with the traffic in Paris.

The accommodation is clean and very well located, close to the train station in a very quiet neighborhood. With the directions it's easy to find the address. The bedroom is located in an extension with its own bathroom, which allows for privacy. I was able to use the washing machine in the room, which was nice. And finally, the communication was pleasant, both before arriving and on site.

Check-in, everything is in order, the apartment is true to the listing. The location is really great, as soon as we go out we are at the bus stop that brings you to the train station, the super U is a 3 min walk to the troubleshoot frankly. The residence is quiet and peaceful, the neighbors very friendly and the place is clean and maintained.

Me and my friend were very happy with the accommodation! Godefroy is an extremely kind and helpful host – he welcomed us, explained everything clearly, and gave us great recommendations. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Truly a great host! The apartment is located in a beautiful, green and safe neighborhood. There are many restaurants, cafés, and other places nearby – all just a few minutes’ walk away. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!
