Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

This maisonette is restored in the outbuildings of the "Maison Rouge" ( farmhouse located in the heart of a small village. It has independent access to the farmhouse we live in. The small kitchenette furnished with a sink,a fridge,a microwave,a small hob and dishes. Sanitary facilities are on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs and accessible by a miller's ladder, so not set up to accommodate people with reduced mobility or young children.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.
