Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montfort-sur-Meu

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

We had a very good stay at Clément's, who personally welcomed us and gave us good advice for eating and walking. The apartment is quiet, well-equipped and well-soundproofed, 10 minutes' walk from the historic center. Good bedding too. And the parking space is very convenient, regardless of the size of the vehicle. We highly recommend it.

We were 5 girlfriends and we loved our stay at Jean Philippe's. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the "Andy le Mabiley" restaurant (excellent address🤤 🎵), 3 minutes from the metro, very comfortable to be able to walk easily without taking the car. A little extra: the parking space in the private parking. As for the accommodation, it was clean, tidy and welcoming. The terrace is an asset to this accommodation that allows you to enjoy the sun on the heights of Rennes. Finally, I will say that the exchanges with the concierge are very fluid and met our expectations. We highly recommend this apartment and will keep the address for maybe a future stay 😋

My stay was perfect. The accommodation perfectly matched the listings, and it is in (in my opinion) the best area of Rennes for a holiday/discovery stay. Eric was in permanent communication and everything went well, for check-in, stay and checkout. I highly recommend it.

We spent 2 nights in the Soleil Levant room which is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the surrounding environment and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the sauna available to us in the common areas. Jessica's welcome and communication were very warm. We recommend it 200%.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, easy car parking and very comfy beds. Would recommend.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Very nice and peaceful house, very well equipped, faithful to the description. A beautiful garden. A central location for visiting Brocéliande. We loved our stay and will be happy to come back to Damien's to continue discovering our beautiful Brittany.

We had a very good night at Cécile's in Rennes. She is a very kind, calm and warm host. The environment is pleasant and peaceful. Even though we only stayed one night, we had the pleasure of chatting with her and sharing a dinner together, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend their place!

Catherine was very attentive during this stay with my son Ennio. Thank you for the welcome he received. Ennio felt very good.

It was really cool. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the quality of the bed who was quite hard to sleep on. Otherwise, everything was nice 👍

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet, we stayed there for a family weekend and it matched the description well. Maëlys was very responsive to messages, and the exchanges were pleasant and caring.

Dinan is a beautiful place to stay there for a few days. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the historic old town in 3 minutes, where there are great shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and very well equipped! However, it should perhaps be mentioned that this is obviously not a pure apartment, as there are also private belongings in the cabinets (including wardrobe,bathroom). That wasn't an issue for us, though. Absolute plus: a parking space in the underground parking space! The contact with Régis was very kind and uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the apartment! 😊👍

Very good stay with Philippe. The apartment smelled very good, that's really what marked me when opening the door. Philippe encountered a small problem before my arrival, but he did what was necessary to resolve it quickly, without this affecting my stay or have to take care of it. Thanks to him!
