House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. The real protagonist of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that you can breathe in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up with the singing of the birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

Great location for both the sea and downtown, ample outdoor space. Great for children. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The only downside is that there is no real closet for clothes but a stand with hangers. In 4 (2 adults and 2 children) we were still able to manage all the spaces. Great host, always available, responsive, and met all our requests.

perfect apartment, very clean and easy to reach. Available host. The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook anything at home, without having to eat out in the clubs. Clean and large bathrooms. Great house even in winter: we were warm and there were several blankets available both for the beds and to watch TV on the sofa. We recommend it to everyone!

This unit is in the historic area of Penne. Francesco told us ahead of time which street to find parking. He had his wife communicate with us because she is fluent in English. She proactively sent us information about the Good Friday procession and checked periodically to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Very communicative! The unit is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We really like Penne and the area. Hope to be back soon!

The stay was very pleasant. The villa is perfectly as described, in the countryside immediately behind the overflowing coast. It is perfect for a stay with friends or large families and as a starting point for excursions. It has a large garden and abundant spaces in the kitchen and living room, and with the summer an interesting outdoor oven.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. Great Villa very close to the beach and many restaurants! The Villa is spacious and clean, and there is a nice garden that is great to eat in or just sit and relax. Roberto and Francesco were great hosts. We’ll love to come back!

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)
