Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Our family of five stayed at Villa Eduardo for 7 nights. We were little bit afraid, because this was our first time with Airbnb. The house has very modern and easy access from Rome. The address was little bit hard to find, because the actual bigger road is called Strada delle Terme and them the right turn to a small rocky Via delle Terme. There is a large shopping mall nearby and nice restaurants. Especially Citta Sant'Angelo is really worth to see. The house is very modern with convenient garden and Tuscany-like scenery with olive growes and wineries. The actual view is breathtaking with the blue sea view. Lucia was very warm and welcoming host who came every day to check that we are ok. She also took us to the beach that they own. Every family is probably thinking about the pool and it was very good for us about 12 metres and wide about 5 metres. In any chance we would definitely go back.

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Piacevolmente soddisfatto

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

Die Wohnung in der Villa Chiara hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Den zauberhaften Garten und die Sicht auf das Meer, war einfach wunderschön und erholsam.

Valeria was a great hostess, she met us in person upon our arrival. She checked in with us multiple times during our 2 month stay. She was kind enough to print documents for us on two occasions and even delivered them to our apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Pescara with easy access to restaurants, events and the beach. We highly recommend her apartment to anyone looking enjoy the beauty of the Abruzzo region.

Le logement est plus que propre, sans bon, literie impeccable et tout ce qui est mis à disposition est d’une propreté irréprochable ! Apartamento muy comodo para 2 personas, todo funciona correctamente y esta en una excelente ubicación casi sobre el mar y cerca de todo, ademas tiene cochera dentro del edificio lo cual es muy importante sobre todo si vas en temporada alta. Paolo muy amable y educado. Me aloje fuera de temporada y me resulto muy conveniente el precio no se como será en otros meses. Lo recomiendo!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Marco e la sua famiglia sono delle persone gentili e disponibilissime. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, non ci è mancato nulla. Essendo arrivati all’ora di pranzo nonostante il loro ristorante fosse chiuso sono stati gentilissimi a prepararci un piatto di pasta, che abbiamo tanto apprezzato, soprattutto la nostra bimba. Non possiamo che ringraziarli ancora e soprattutto consigliare vivamente la loro struttura.

The accommodation is on a hill and from the balcony there is an amazing view of greenery and the sea. Everything we need was provided in the apartment, well equipped. Host was responsive to fix a problem with the hot water.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Ihre Herzlichkeit und Offenheit haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Mit ihren tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und versteckten Highlights der Region hat sie uns echte Insider-Empfehlungen gegeben, die unseren Urlaub bereichert haben. Man merkt einfach, dass Pia mit Herz und Seele Gastgeberin ist – ihr liebevoll eingerichtetes Airbnb strahlt genau diese Wärme aus. Es war blitzsauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – wie bei guten Freunden. Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

Letizia und Piero sind fantastische Gastgeber! Sehr zugewandt, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Begrüßten uns alle mit unseren Namen. Erklärten die Unterkunft ausführlich und bemerkten mehrmals, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, daß sie sofort zur Stelle wären. Meine Tochter fühlte sich nicht gut und sie haben uns zum Hospital begleitet, danach noch zur Farmacia. Und das am Feiertag! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, auch schon unseren Freunden von dieser schönen Unterkunft berichtet und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen! Grazei per tutto :)

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is supergroot. De host reageert snel en vriendelijk. Echt aanbevolen als je van rust en natuur houdt.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!
