Holiday rentals with breakfast in Montesilvano

Ottima esperienza. Host gentile e chiaro nella comunicazione. Appartamento tenuto con cura, molto pratico e piacevole da abitare. Luogo perfetto alle mie necessità (vicinissimo all'Università e ad un pratico supermarket; lungomare piuttosto vicino). Consiglio sicuramente e ringrazio per l'osptalità che mi ha fatta stare bene.

la casa é molto accogliente, situata nella campagna con la vista sul mare e dall’altro lato le montagne, infatti la posizione é ottimale se si vuole visitare sia il mare che le montagne, tutto molto bello!

Carlo è molto amichevole. Sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ci ha prestato le bici che ci ha permesso di vedere di piu della citta perché eravamo a piedi. Ci ha anche accompagnati all'aeroporto!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hat uns gefreut, dass wir schon eher einchecken konnten und so den ersten Tag direkt genießen konnten. Es gab eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück sowie Kaffee auf dem Küchentisch. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut in einem schönen Wohnviertel man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Strand und in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Matteo war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wir waren lediglich auf der Durchreise. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation war super und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Il B&B di Paolo si trova a Spoltore , un paesino molto bello , arrivati in alto al paese c’è una vista incredibile sul Gran Sasso e sul mare. Il B&B è conforme alla descrizione , molto accogliente , essendo un seminterrato non è molto luminoso ma per un soggiorno breve come il mio va benissimo. Paolo e suo papà sono molto gentili e disponibili. Che dire ci ritornerei sicuramente.

La casa è accogliente e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. presenti abbondanti opzioni per la colazione. pulizia perfetta. l'host disponibile e gentile. l'appartamento è in una zona periferica ma dista 15 minuti dal centro di pescara, c'è un centro commerciale a breve distanza.

sergio è stato un host fantastico! ci ha accolto con un sorriso nella casa offrendoci il raccolto squisito del suo orto. In casa erano presenti acqua,caffè, brioches e latte oltre a numerose spezie e olio. La casa era molto pulita e molto spaziosa. Dopo tre giorni è stato fatto anche il cambio degli asciugamani. sergio ci ha dato informazioni riguardo alla zona e ai ristoranti presenti nei dintorni. assolutamente consigliato!

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

La Sig.ra Carmen è stata molto gentile, tutto ottimo dalla prenotazione alla riconsegna delle chiavi. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Roberto is a wonderful person. From the moment we arrived at the house, his kindness and helpfulness was felt incredible. The house was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and cozy. We did not encounter any problems in terms of security, the house was safe. You can choose it with peace of mind, we are very pleased.

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

Nelda disponibilissima casa oltre le aspettative indicate Abbiamo trovato una ciotola di acqua fresca e una cuccia per il nostro peloso La casa fresca in quanto Nelda ha acceso il condizionatore prima del nostro arrivo Casa profumatissima.. Bagno molto pulito... Cesto per fare colazione molto assortito con marmellate biscotti e cioccolate e macchina del caffè con capsule e bollitore... Frigo fornito con acqua ... 15 minuti a piedi dal mare e zona molto assortita supermercato bar ristoranti... Sicuramente il PLUS la pulizia e la cortesia di Nelda CONSIGLIATISSIMO DA RIPETERE SICURAMENTE PER PIÙ GIORNI

Piccolo angolo di relax. Locali puliti ed in ordine, con tutto il necessario. I dettagli fanno la differenza. come i led, Netflix, la vasca, il muschio sulle pareti ecc... consigliatissimo.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Dianne is een super gezellige en ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw die je je meteen thuis laat voelen. Haar huisje is echt een pareltje – knus, sfeervol en gelegen op een top locatie. Je voelt meteen de liefde in huis, niet alleen van Dianne zelf, maar ook van haar drie geweldige honden. Samen hebben ze 11 pootjes, wat het huis nog specialer en hartverwarmender maakt. Een unieke en liefdevolle plek waar je gegarandeerd met een glimlach vertrekt. Aanrader!

mauro è una persona speciale, gentile e sempre pronto per il cliente. consiglio questo posto perché è vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ha tutte le comodità.

We stayed with Paola for two weeks, using her B&B as a base from which to explore Abruzzo. Paola speaks little English. My wife and I speak less Italian. Translation apps on our phones worked well and communication was not a problem. Paola provided useful and accurate recommendations on places to eat. The B&B was exceptionally clean, the breakfasts were delicious and the views from our room and Paola’s gardens are spectacular. We used the fireplace twice. Both times it was cleaned and replenished with logs and kindling the very next morning. The B&B has been modernized in a way that does not to detract from the building’s character. For example, our room had thermostatically controlled radiant heat concealed behind ancient appearing walls. The plumbing is elegant and very modern. The lighting is a bit sparse. The B&B’s location is in an old hamlet of narrow streets that lies five miles up a narrow windy mountain road. if you love that sort of thing, as we do, it’s perfect.

Francesca und Francesco sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die es schaffen, dass sich ihre Gäste von Anfang an wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war schön, und die Architektur der Unterkunft hat uns beeindruckt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war bemerkenswert, und die guten Reisetipps, die Sie uns gegeben haben, waren sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war köstlich so hat jeder Tag perfekt begonnen. Die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können ihre Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in dem schönen Landgut mitten in der Natur und Idylle. Die Wohnung war groß und sauber. Giulia und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit köstlichen Frühstück versorgt.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. Fantastica esperienza! Ancora non hanno terminato questo piccolo angolo di paradiso ma noi siamo stati benissimo! Sono persone gentili e splendide e host formidabili infatti ci hanno avvisato dei locali chiusi e quali fossero aperti di loro sponte. I panorami qua si sprecano e la vista dalla camera è stupenda! Inoltre senza che fosse incluso ci hanno offerto una colazione internazionale buonissima fatta in parte di cose preparate da loro al momento! Consiglio di andarci e spero che finiscano l’intera villa perché sarà fantastica!
