Holiday rentals in Montenero d'Orcia

Stupendo b/b immerso nella colline senesi. L'appartamento per 4 persone era pulito e in ordine con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L'area esterna è incantevole: viti, piante stupende e giardino curato. La piscina a sfioro - con vista - è sicuramente il punto forte: davvero impagabile la vista. L'host è stato cortese e disponibile anche a fronte di qualche inconveniente che si è verificato durante la permanenza. Uniche note negative: check in non disagevole. Al nostro arrivo, la chiave inserita nella key box era quella del monocale e non del nostro appartamento. Ergo, abbiamo dovuto contattare la responsabile e attendere l'arrivo - dopo 15 minuti circa - della domestica che ci ha fornito la chiave corretta. L'appartamento era pulito eccetto la presenza, vicino al lavabo, di molte formiche morte. Il lavabo era intasato e, pertanto abbiamo segnalato alla domestica che è intervenuta per sbloccare. Nel complesso, comunque, posto davvero bello che merita la visita.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay at pierre luigis home. It looks just like the pictures and is a very homey, relaxing place to stay. Has everything you need on hand. We loved the porch and its view and enjoyed the o of the hot tub. Great location to explore surrounding towns! Had a great time!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und rhuig gelegen, in einem sehr guten Zustand und top eingerichtet. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes etwas weiter weg sind. Trotz gemischten Wetterbedingungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die schönen Tage waren wir Wandern, Fahrradfahren in der Maremma oder baden am Meer. Das naheliegende Daniel Spöri-Museum ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Bei Regen haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ausgiebig gekocht und bei Kaminfeuer die gute DVD Musik- und Film-Auswahl genossen. Rundum für uns (5) ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön, sie übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das Haus ist von Domitilla sehr stilsicher und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war eine große Freude,im Herzen der Toskana in dieser Unterkunft zu sein. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum verweilen und relaxen ein. Wir wurden am morgen vom Ruf des Wiedehofs begrüßt. Naturliebhaber werden an diesem Ort ihre Freude haben. Die Gastgeberin, Domitilla ist eine sehr herzliche und offene Dame. Sie ist zu jeder Zeit für ihre Gäste da. Dank ihrer vielen Tipps, konnten wir viele wundervolle Erlebnisse und Begegnungen mit locals erleben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank für alles 🥰

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Based on the pictures and all the 5-star reviews that we read, my wife and I knew Giovanni's property would be beautiful but our high expectations in all aspects were greatly exceeded when we experienced the true essence and beauty of Giovanni's property. He has created a masterpiece. Words cannot accurately describe the beauty and the peacefulness, that one experiences. The accommodations, the saltwater pool, the 5 hotubs, all the outdoor lounging spots, the intricate landscaping, the views of the Tuscan Chianti valley topped off by Giovanni's unmatched welcoming hospitality made our stay one we will never forget.
