Holiday rentals with beach access in Monte Gordo

Jonathan was a great host. Super responsive and communicative. The location is close enough to all the bars and restaurants to walk in minutes but far enough to have some quiet. The outdoor terrace was great and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We made a mistake and locked the keys in the bedroom on accident and as to get them retrieved so keep them with you at all times in case the wind blows the door closed. We’d definitely stay again!

A lovely apartment in the heart of Vrsa with its own roof terrace. Fabio's mother is a fantastic hostess, oranges and wine are waiting on the table. It is very clean, two super fresh bathrooms. The view from the roof terrace is nice over the Guadiana River and offers a lot of sun.

A beautiful tiny home in an idyllic setting! Fatima is an excellent host, very warm and welcoming. The fresh orange juice made onsite was a highlight, and the gardens spanning the property were lovely. Photos can’t quite capture the magic! The space is very small, so is certainly cozy for two people plus luggage. The kitchen is helpful for simple meals. We were provided with ample towels and comfortable sheets. Also, there is a tourist tax to be payed in cash during your stay that is not included in the Airbnb charge. The property is in a rural setting, but within driving distance to numerous towns, including Tavira and Fuseta. We enjoyed a fresh fish dinner in Fuseta at a restaurant recommended by Fatima.

This is a really lovely little apartment in a fantastic location - in the heart of everything yet peaceful too. Hosts are great communicators - couldn’t fault it, just what we needed!

Overall, a great apartment, conveniently located with numerous areas to walk and a short Uber ride to Vale Do Lobo and Vilamoura. Nuno was excellent with his help and recommendations throughout our stay, certainly an excellent host.

Beautiful place and area.

Host was very responsive & met us to walk us into the place. The photo for check in needed updating, it’s now at KK’s Thai Massage for a more accurate entrance area, but we rented a car and had free parking right in front (limited but got lucky!) Place was very clean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and resting at night. We walked to all the shops, pleasantly surprised just how much there was to do around! We ate at Terrazo Italian, incredible food! Beach was beautiful, definitely don’t suggest having a large suitcase tho for parking or elevator access :) Otherwise host was super nice, place was super clean & definitely bang for the buck for an air bnb.

Very nice apartment studio only some footsteps away from the center. Small balcony to have breakfast or chill after a busy day. Nice beaches within a 15 minutes drive. Susana is a very nice host, professional and friendly. We recommend this apartment as a top choice for Tavira and would return any time.

The house to disengage, in simplicity, refreshing. It is very well equipped with dishes, linens, we have the impression of arriving at friends who have left everything available. The big plus is this beautiful beach 2 steps away . It just went too fast

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed how convenient the location was. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard space.

Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

The house was great. Perfect position if you want to be staying in central Tavira. Jean-Louis and Lee were very welcoming, efficient, kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Fantastic location right in the center with everything close by, super clean and cozy stay with a great terrace. I traveled with two friends, we had a great time and the host's attention was great, we felt super good, we hope to return.

We're four friends who had a great stay at José's lovely beach house. He was super-friendly & helpful, and gave us flexibility on check-in/out times. There's an un-official 4th bedroom - it's small with bunk beds & no windows - but it was a nice surprise as it meant no-one had to share a room. The master bedroom is spacious with a big en-suite & there's another large bathroom too. We all thought our beds were firm & very comfortable with soft cotton bed linen. The kitchen was very well-equipped (for a short-term rental), although we could have used another chopping board. The little garden out the back was so peaceful and pretty with a lemon tree in full fruit and a big sociable table & chairs. Another set outside on the front verandah meant we could take full advantage of the lovely ocean/island views and sit in the sun eating breakfast & other meals. We all loved the house, the location and Jose's friendliness & simpatico approach. Full marks all round for a great long weekend

Beautiful, spacious 2BR flat right in the heart of old town Tavira. The roof deck was wonderful. Perfect location for just about everything you want to see or do.

A delighful experience from booking through to checking out. Mauro’s place is stylish, comfortable and right in the middle of all of the great things that Faro has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mauro!

Lovely stay with Joana! Comfortable and peaceful place with a great pool. Supermarket and Tavira shopping center were within walking distance. The location is just outside the center, but very manageable if you enjoy walking. Communication with Joana was excellent. A great base to explore Tavira and the surrounding area. Definitely recommended!

lovely 3 nights break 👌 perfect location to the beach and restaurants and easy parking right outside for free. would highly recommend this place for a few nights or a week beautiful sea views we loved it

João was a fantastic host! He personally greeted us to tour the room and let us know his little “tricks,” and gave us ample recommendations. We had lots of room in the apartment and it was within walkable distance to everything. Old Town is a fantastic place and there’s lots to see, and his apartment is right in the center of it (but enough on the outskirts that there isn’t too much noise). Very much worth our stay and we will recommend him for future travels!

We were so happy to stay in this apartment. We felt right at home. A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. All comfort was provided. Even a washing machine: I couldn't open the washing machine anymore. When I reported this, they responded immediately and someone came by to see what was going on. There was a technical issue with the door to the washing machine: this was tracked and addressed immediately. A swimming pool in the garden was great. We'd love to come back here. Thank you so much for being able to relax in this beautiful apartment.

Miguel was so great to work with. We had a tired and hot kids, and I did not read the directions for entry. Host was so helpful getting us in. Property was so beautiful, and area has so much to explore, as well as live music. Read the directions for entry, much easier to work through if you do that before you arrive. The tech of the building is so cool, as well as the layout of the condo. Would definitely return here. They had some great kids toys and the pool was perfect.

Maura our host was really helpful and responded to all queries. She welcomed us at the arranged arrival time and talked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean. Maura provided a list of recommendations such as places to visit and local restaurants and welcomed us with a selection of local produce. We would thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely week in this house, location is probably the best in Tavera for resteraunts and ferry to the beach. Train station a 20 min walk which connects you to the whole of the Algarve. Probably the best equipped kitchen of any air bnb I have stayed in, you could cook and seat 20 if you wished. The roof terrace was a bonus for views, seating and chilling. We were two people staying so had a bedroom, bathroom and dressing room each, loads of great communal space as well. Mat’s was very attentive to our needs and gave some great recommendations for eating out. Nikita at the end of the road was amazing food and reasonable. Would recommend a stay here.
