Hermosa casa en el corazón de Villa Santa María! María respondió siempre muy rápido y atenta! La casa es preciosa y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en un entorno natural y desconectado del caos. Lo único que me hubiese gustado saber es que hay varias escaleras para llegar a la propiedad, ya que no solo se encuentra en el centro histórico sino que además la casa está en una planta alta, por lo que recomiendo moverse con bolso liviano. (En el anuncio figura que hay escaleras pero no pensé que tantas, también fue mi responsabilidad preguntar.) Volvería sin dudas si estoy por Chietti!

Absolutely great host helpful and gentle. We felt right at home! A washing machine would have been a great addition, but for just a week it was not a big loss at all.

Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow - we spent 3 weeks travelling to some of the best of Italy and this was easily highlight. Photos do not do it justice. You walk in, to a massive window that looks out over sprawling vineyards and and mountains. The place is decorated with the most amazing furniture. It is full of character and well appointed - not to mention the homemade lemon lavender cookies (from lavender on the farm) and loaf of bread that was waiting for us. I'm a photographer, and I could still not capture to pure beauty of this place. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view. The owners are avid gardeners and chefs, so the land is exploding with flowers, lavender, fruit trees and colour. It's breathtaking. The hosts, Jane and Biagio were the highlight. The apartment is private but the hosts are so warm and welcoming. We sat outside, drank local wine, and shared an amazing meal that Biagio prepared. The area is stunning, quiet, close to empty beaches, and magical towns frozen in time.

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

Siamo stati accolti con pasticcini caratteristici del luogo e acqua fresca. La signora Morena si presenta subito molto accogliente, simpatica, socievole. Oltre alla descrizione dell'ambiente come spazi, stanze ed a tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno, si è resa subito disponibile a fornirci indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e locali dove poter mangiare e gustare cibi buoni, deplians per orari e visite del castello di Palmoli. L'appartamento è molto spazioso di nuova risttrutturazione e nuovo arredo, molto piacevole anche il clima, sempre ventilato e con meno gradi rispetto alla costa. Sicuramente da tornare, l'Abruzzo è stata una piecovlissima scoperta.

Casa di Lucia è stato il posto perfetto per trascorrere gli ultimi due giorni di vacanza. Oltre ad essere silenziosa, caratteristica e ben arredata, è un luogo ricco di ispirazioni artistiche. Guilmi è una perla minuscola e preziosa incastonata sulle montagne abruzzesi e avvolta in un'atmosfera unica. Lucia e suo padre sono persone attente e gentili. Complessivamente, una vera scoperta. Ci torneremmo anche domani!

Appartamento spazioso, delizioso e curato, all'interno di un meraviglioso borgo. La posizione offre un soggiorno tranquillo, inoltre è situata nella riserva naturale regionale Monte Genzana Alto Gizio e sono disponibili vari percorsi per escursioni. La nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato l'ampia sala, un po' meno i gatti del borgo.
