We haven't seen Valentin. We only exchanged by messaging. But access was easy according to his instructions. Comfortable bedding. We ate in town in the evening and morning. You have to go by car because the city center is not very close.

Carole's apartment is ideally located 2 minutes' walk from the Loire. The town center is also easily and quickly accessible. The parking right next door is convenient when you're passing through. Decoration and layout done with great taste and common sense. Everything you could possibly need is there and it's very nice. Carole and her husband were present when we arrived and very responsive.

Stadel's quaint place is affordable and perfect for the solo traveller or couple. Its situated in the heart of Montargis and is withing walking distance from a bakery, numerous local convenience stores, cafe's and restaurants. The space was clean and well laid out and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out was seamless and Stadel was very responsive. I would (1) stay at Stadel's place again and (2) recommend it to another traveller.
