Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

An amazing place even better in person

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Marie, un vrai petit coin de paradis à Saint Martin. Tout était parfait de l'accueil très sympathique de Marjorie jusqu'à notre départ avec Marie, toute l'équipe était à notre écoute. Le logement est spacieux et très propre avec sa terrasse sur la plage, c'est un vrai bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer turquoise des Caraïbes. Nous espérons revenir très vite !!

This house is immaculate. So much space for a group. Very clean. Sarah is a fabulous host. Great views. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient. There were baby goats outside the balcony--that was just a cute bonus. We booked this house the day before, because the original house we booked was atrocious. This was a million times better, and Sarah was the best host we ever could have asked for. I can't say enough about how great this property was.

Great location, right in the heart of the restaurants, supermarket below and on the doorstep of the beach. Main bed was super comfortable and the swinging chair on the balcony was lovely to chill out in. Thank you to Maeva for her comprehensive instructions and wealth of recommendations 🙏

Nous venions de Bretagne pour 10 jours dans le logement d'Estelle. Tout à été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre comme rarement vu ailleurs. Les logements sont mitoyens pour autant aucun bruit ne vient déranger la tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup bougé en journée ( logement très bien situé), et nous avons apprécié nos soirées en terrasse près de la piscine à siroter le bam bam 🙂. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Estelle a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous l'avons quitté avec regret. Merci beaucoup Estelle

We have stayed at Orient once before and were very happy with our stay at Princess Manon. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. There were tons of towels provided (more than the one per person that is usually supplied) as well as practical things like liquid hand soap at all sinks and two big water bottles in the fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Water pressure was great the entire stay and the ACs worked beautifully. We love staying in Orient and will be back!

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

Un séjour exceptionnel!! Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Coco Beach et nous avons vraiment aimé notre expérience. L'endroit était parfait pour 2 couples. Le Coco Beach était a proximité de la plage et la piscine était très belle et propre. Le Coco Beach a de belles commodités et à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Nous avons cuisiné, nous sommes allé chercher du resto. Honnêtement, nous pourrions y retourner sans hésiter.

We had a great stay at Fabien's place. Fabien reached out before we arrived and provided clear instructions on getting to the apartment and how to get in. The apartment was very nice and matched the photos and description. The location was also excellent. It is very quiet and is only a couple minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for anything you could need. I would definitely recommend Fabien and would stay here again!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement qui correspondait à la description. nous étions 6 adultes et le logement est adapté pour 6. Proche de Marigot, et de maho beach côté néerlandais, vu sur le lagon. baignade pas très loin à bay rouge une plage magnifique. merci.

L’appartement était top, très bien situé ! Seul bémol zéro rangement, pas pratique quand on reste 10 jours.

Tout était parfait! Logement propre, bien équipé et situé dans un environnement très tranquille et sécuritaire. Jefferson a été très sympathique et réactif suite à notre vol d'arrivée qui a eu beaucoup de retard. Les enfants ont adoré la proximité avec les iguanes. Recommandé pour les familles qui ont envie d'un endroit tranquille après les longues journées à la plage!

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the Yulia and Nicol was great from start to finish. The space was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing. It’s a quiet area with an easy walk to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing. We stayed here as a family for my sister’s birthday and truly enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a wonderful stay. The location of this place is perfect and secluded in a peaceful community. Perfect place to walk along the beach and explore restaurants and island. Enjoyed that there was a place to park our rental car as well. This place is exactly like the pictures and was greeted with pure kindness from Linda. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We both had a fantastic stay at The Fishermen House in Grand Case. Eric and Patrice are great hosts. We felt very welcomed and they made our stay very comfortable. The location was one doorstep away from a private beach. It was an amazing to start every day with a swim in the ocean. Also for restaurants and shops they are just around the corner. Eric was very quick in responding and communication if we had an issue. He was helpful and very flexible. I recommend these hosts future stays! Warm regards, Cliff & Jaap

Lovely little hideaway with a great view! Easy to walk down the beach to the center of Orient with bars and restaurants. Quiet space and everything we needed in the apartment. Some donkey friends roam the complex which is pretty cute! Edwige is an excellent host, would definitely stay again!
