Le logement est tout équipé : une cuisine, salle de bain , ainsi qu’un espace salon ouvert sur l’extérieur, ski-corner au garage. La chambre est à l'étage en mezzanine, attention toutefois à l'accès un peu raide! parking privé. Situation idéale dans la vallée, proximité Genève, Chamonix...

Venez profiter d'un superbe point de vue sur le lac d'Aiguebelette. Vous apprécierez la piscine ou le spa ainsi que le sauna extérieur au feu de bois et ses terrasses. Le logement, proche de la sortie 12 de A43. Nous sommes de 49 minutes à 1 h des stations de ski. Cette location est uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes sans enfant. Nous avons également une autre location sur la propriété pour 2 personnes avec son spa privé et vue sur le lac, c'est une petite maison, elle est aussi sur airbnb.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.
