We had a lovely stay at Matthias place. He greeted us warmly and showed us around the flat, and was very helpful with questions about Buenos Aires. The flat itself was very grand and beautiful, also a little worn in, as you would expect with an older place. But we really enjoyed it. One thing of note is that the beds are a little short, so if you are over 185 cm / 6 ft tall, you will have to sleep on an angle :)

Fue una estadía increíble, el dpto precioso muy limpio y amplio, doble aire acondicionado para los días de calor. bien conectado a través del transporte público o a pie y además cuenta con cafetera ☕️❤️

Pasamos 2 días en el dpto de Laura, una estancia agradable. El.dpto esta a un paso de todo lo que quieras hacer, teatros, restaurantes, etc Por ser céntrico se escuchan mucho los ruidos dela calle, pero eso no fue molestia para nosotros La comunicación con Laura excelente, ta to en la llegada como al dejar el dpto. Seguro volveremos!!

Adoramos nos hospedar no espaço de Sacha e Clara. Anfitriões nos fizeram sentir em casa com um vinho delicioso deixado de cortesia e o cartão Sub para o metrô. Tamanho do apartamento ótimo com vários utensílios de cozinha. Arredores repletos de opções de cafeterias e restaurantes. Adoramos tudo, obrigada Sacha e Clara

We loved our stay at Tobias' place! Firstly, the courtyard is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful even though you are right on the middle of the city. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect, a grocery store across the street, plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby. Tobias was so helpful and gave us a lot of local recommendations that we loved. He was also always responsive when we messaged him and was very flexible with our check in time. We would stay here again for sure!!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Buenos Aires. The accommodations were excellent, and the hostess was always attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. The place was clean, quiet, and safe, with a very convenient location. We truly appreciated her collaboration and are pleased to recommend you without hesitation.

Fran and his father Alberto were very responsive when I reached out to contact them. The location of the apartment in on Santa Fe avenue which is a rather busy street but at night the traffic slows down and I could not hear any noise from the street. The apartment is on the 5th floor (ground floor is 0). The location is excellent to reached cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, flower shops, bakery shops meat and produce stores. You can take the number 152 bus at the corner to go to Puerto Madero or La Boca. the main boulevard in BA, 9 de Julio is only 3 blocks to your right leaving the front door of the apartment building. Access to many locations can be reached by walking or taking a bus. The Sube car is a must. You can buy it at a convient store called 25 Horas. There is one at the airport. Don't use the ATM machines to get local currency. You can only get about $30 US dollars and they charge you $12 to get the maximum amount of 30,000 pesos. Go to Florida Ave to exchang

Muy buena experiencia, la verdad es que Jorge y Betty han sido muy atentos en todo, nos explicaron y aconsejaron de acuerdo a lo que les consultamos, el lugar es ideal ya que está en una zona donde hay de todo, la verdad que si tenemos la posibilidad de volver no dudo que me hospedaría de nuevo en el mismo lugar

Excelente anfitrión, siempre a disposición, con indicaciones acordes y buenas sugerencias. Nos permitió realizar el check out más tarde. El ingreso a la propiedad es muy fácil y departamento estaba impecable, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Tenía incluso una estación con café, té y agua a disposición para cuando uno llega cansado. Volvería sin dudas.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!
