Apartment holiday rentals in Monserrat

We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Nestled neatly in between San Telmo overlooking the canals and Puerto Madero, a very choice neighborhood full of government buildings and completely safe. Sunrises in the distance over Rio de la Plata will be missed when you leave. This apartment is new (everything works wonderfully) and in a doorman building. Segundo is precisely what you hope for in a host, always available without ever imposing. This was truly a wonderful experience.

The apartment is better than in the photo! We were so surprised! It had everything we needed to stay every day, a complete kitchen for quick meals. Nacho's cordiality in welcoming us was spectacular, he always responded quickly.

Great apartment, comfortable, modern and very well located (meters from three subway lines). Check-in was quick and flexible but above all comfortable, with fingerprints and codes you save yourself the need to walk around with the key, something we really liked. It was just as described. The hosts always responded quickly, proactively and kindly. Highly recommended.

Amazing location, felt like a local in San telmo. Place was cozy and had beautiful views from every room. Sergio the host was incredibly helpful and super friendly. i will be returning, i highly recommend for a solo or couples trip.

The place is in a great location. Very close to the main avenue and the most visited surroundings but far enough away to be able to rest without so much noise. Juli responds very quickly and her attention was always kind.

Javi was amazing as our host here - really good as we had a delay. Thanks so much! The place itself is a fabulous bit of old time Buenos Aires: the best flat in a great building. I can only imagine the history there - parties, gatherings, christmases, birthdays, love, despair, hope and glory! Nice, easy walk to all the best San Telmo sites and sounds too - plus not too far from micro centre and even La Boca if you fancy a longer stroll. The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

The apartment is really beautiful, better than in the photos, very spacious, bright and warm. The location is really spectacular, with many services nearby. It was winter and the central heating worked perfectly. They have everything you need to feel at home. Diego was attentive at all times and we lacked nothing. Highly recommended for spending several days, we will return every time we travel to Buenos Aires.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.
