Holiday rentals in Moni Kapsa

Wir wurden von den beiden Gastgebern persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen. Als Willkommens-Geschenk gab es ein paar Köstlichkeiten, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung ist einfach toll! Blitzsauber - gemütlich - schön - fantastischer Ausblick - traumhafte Terrassen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. An kälteren Tagen kann sie auch beheizt werden, was sehr praktisch war. Wir hätten es hier durchaus noch ein paar Tage länger aushalten können. In dem kleinen Dorf gibt es einen Minimarkt (für die Grundversorgung) mit kleinem Café und eine Taverne. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind. Ein Mietauto ist hilfreich, um die Umgebung gut erkunden zu können.

We had our check in around 2 a.m. but everything was so well organized! We felt as if we were at home. There was enough lights (not something special but just as much as we need it) in order to find private parking and the key from the key box in the middle of the night. The welcome was warm and generous with typical local and handmade products. The owners had informed us that some food would have been left in the fridge because it was nearly impossible to find something to eat around 2 a.m. After many stressful weeks in our hometown, we wanted to relax, and Casa di Olive was the right choice. Peacefull property, stunning view, privacy. We mostly enjoyed dinners to the private garden, but we also liked family run tavernas in front of the coast. In one-word, memorable holidays! We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

L’allotjament és molt comfortable i agradable. Perfecte per estar a la zona. Els hostes són molts agradables i hospitalaris i et fan sentir com a casa. Estem momt agraïts pel seu tracte i per haver pogut passar uns dies fantàstics amb ells!

Elpida, ein Traumhaus, in jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Sensationell sind nicht nur die Lage und der Ausblick sondern auch das Haus selbst. Wir (Ehepaar 63/61) durften im Mai 2025 Angelikas unaufdringliche und herzliche Gastfreundschaft genießen und hatten eine erholsame Woche im bzw. oberhalb des schönen Örtchens Mochlos. Wir haben rein gar nichts zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil - wir haben selten eine so tolle Unterkunft gefunden. Perfekte Einrichtung und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und sehr angenehmer Insektenschutz. Die steile Auffahrt auf den Berg ist nach der ersten Übung auch kein Problem. Der Duft der Pflanzen ist einfach wunderbar. Het huis heeft onze harten gestolen. Heel authentiek en in een dorpje waarin je voor je gevoel terug gaat in de vorige eeuw. Weg van het massatoerisme en met fantastische wandelmogelijkheden.

Deze plek is erg afgelegen, maar in met 50m van de zee wel echt een magische plek. Hebben er helaas maar 5 nachten doorgebracht, maar waren liever langer gebleven. Huis is anzich niet zo veel bijzonders, maar de ligging absoluut wel. Met 100% privacy zit je 50 m van de zee met slechts een paar huizen in de buurt die zeker niet permanent bewoond zijn. Met Sitia op 15m rijden zit je ook zo weer in de bewoonde wereld, met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Kortom echt een aanrader als je van rust en ruimte houd. Kallia is echt een schat, het huis is tip top voor elkaar, en ze heeft zelfs de eerste avond voor ons gekookt om dat we nog geen boodschappen hadden gedaan. Komen zeker een keer terug

The Drakoni House is a unique, wonderful place that was built and furnished with a lot of love. Alexandros paid a lot of attention to detail during construction and made an effort to preserve as many remnants of the old house as possible. This charm comes across very well. We were only there for a week, but it was enough time for us to feel very much at home and to relax. The nearest village is beautiful and has lots of nice little restaurants. Alexandros' tips made us feel very involved and he made the vacation very special. We will definitely come back.
