Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Mongolia

I really loved staying at this apartment! The place is beautiful, spacious and sunny and felt almost a bit "old school" airbnb - very thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler might need for the stay, inviting and personal to make it feel like a temporary home, yet perfectly clean and free of unnecessary clutter. I especially enjoyed the mornings, preparing breakfast in the kitchen space and having some calm time at the table next to the window. I arrived very late at night after returning from a camping trip in the Mongolian countryside and Enkhtsetseg was so flexible, responsive and reliable, making sure that I would find the place quickly and safely. After camping I especially appreciated the really nice washing machine and iron. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet in decent walking distance from a lot of museums and other sights. Supermarkets and convenience stores are also close. I really hope I'll be able to book this apartment again in the future!

Very good price- performance ratio - stayed in a couple of Airbnb places in Ulaanbataar/ this place has the best price-performance ratio so far

Perfect place to stay in Ulaanbaatar with it being so close to the parliament building and 2 major museums. The apartment is also very well presented and has comfortable bed rooms. The hosts were quick to respond when asked questions too.

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in one of the best locations in UB. I stayed here for nearly two months and had a great time. Other guests had mentioned generator disturbance but I didn’t experience any at all. I spent many full days writing in the apartment and it was always peaceful. Night times are a bit more of a challenge but then that’s UB’s raw and wild motorbike culture- I’ve stayed in different apartments in UB and although others have been great, this big comfortable, creatively designed space right in the heart of town is my top favorite. Very spacious and relaxing. It was kept clean and we had a pleasant time even with children.The owner spoke English and responded quickly, so there was no trouble. There are supermarkets, shopping malls, and delicious restaurants just around the corner. I definitely want to stay in Ulaanbaatar again!

If you have a chance to stay at Batbayar's guesthouse, it is not just a simple staying, but an invitation to the village of 'Reindeers Herder'. Breathtaking natural scenery, The smells of rivers, earth and trees, Pure air and even purer people. If you visit this place, you will feel your soul being purified by nature. However, please remind, there are no modern conveniences here. You have to share a space with someone else instead of having own room, sleep on the wild-made hard bed, and the only heating system is the stove placed in the middle of the tent. You will use solar-powered lights and have to fetch water from the river. Nevertheless, as you climb up and down the mountain everyday and breathe in the clean air, you will experience a healthier body and a more peaceful mind than when you used to do in city life. Above all, we have no worries as we have the wonderful host Batbayar and Gerela with us. If you need anything to know and prepare before you go Batbayar will help you

Our host was amazing, from meeting us at the airport to making sure all our needs were met at the Airbnb , the family were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Tea making facilities were available . The accomation was a 15 min walk from centre of town.

The apartment is exactly as listed! We were helped by Suren’s brother for checkin. We are close to a few supermarkets and food spots

The new building gave the room a clean feel, and the spacious room made it very comfortable for multiple people! Everything you need is provided in the room.There was a convenience store nearby, and the location was good and convenient.

Great place to stay. Very accessible to downtown. Host was very responsive. All was as it was in the descriptions.

During my stay, I experience good customer service: I really appreciate good communication with the hosting party. The bed is more firm than soft. The couch and sofa are firm and supportive (a good cushioning, not necessarily of plush though perhaps more like velvet). The pot and sauce pan as well as utensils are nice to have for cooking, especially since markets are so close. I like the space as is though I think having a/ screen(s) for the window(s)(for any wanting a/ window[s] open through the day/night, for example) and instructions for basic washing (like washing a load in the lowest time) on the washing machine may be good additions.
