A l’intérieur d’une ferme Gascogne de 150 ans, située dans le village de Sauviac (Gers) au cœur de l’Astarac, se trouve le Gites “Les petits Faulongs”, Ce bâtiment a été convertie en une habitation de rez de chaussée, moderne et très lumineuse. Une large baie vitrée s’ouvre sur la terrasse faisant face au massif des Pyrénées et à la campagne Gascogne. Profitez du calme et de la nature, prenez votre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et le soir regardez le coucher du soleil entre les 2 arbres.

In the heart of the Gers, the Domaine du Momton welcomes you on a property of 2.5 hectares. Here, it is only space, countryside and nature. Located in the small village of Saint-Elix-Theux south of the Gers, the estate offers views of the countryside and the Pyrenees as they unfold. Also take advantage of the mild climate of the southwest to enjoy the moment .. Back to back with the house, the 'Gite du Momton' is fitted out in the old stables to comfortably accommodate six people .

The dawn outbuilding overlooking the Pyrenees

Character outbuilding of about 100 m2 with view of the Pyrenees mountain range. Ground floor with kitchen open to living room. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large balcony, shower room and toilet. Second bedroom, 2 single beds with bathroom and toilet. 1 sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room. For sunny days, terrace with garden table, barbecue (charcoal not included). Pool side garden furniture. Petanque court with a table for more conviviality!

Chalet de Campagne

This small wooden chalet, built on stilts by the owner, is backed by the farm buildings. Well isolated from the grain farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower culture; with private access. It offers unobstructed views of the Gers hillsides and access to the restored old washhouse. In the heart of the Astarac PNR project, you will discover its biodiversity, its architectural and agroecological heritage.

There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.

The wellness chalet

Cottage based in the countryside, come and enjoy the benefits of a quiet and soothing location. Located close to a lake with water activities, 1 hour from ski resorts and Spain and the village 2 km away, it has all the local shops. This cottage is suitable for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra child bed, with a living room including a double bed, an equipped kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, kettle and microwave) as well as a bathroom with shower.
