Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from the port of Asese and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. The property was everything we could wish for, it felt like an oasis once inside. Very spacious with charming decor and an inviting pool. The area felt safe and secure and very handy for the plaza and parque central. Tania was extremely helpful and flexible, very warm, welcoming and friendly. She was always in hand for advice and support. Arturo communicated well. The staff in the adjoining Gaia Cafe were also very friendly and welcoming. Were we to return to Granada we would definitely stay there again.

There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

Everything about this Airbnb is exceptional, both the property and surrounding views. The staff were super accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. The food was amazing and service was excellent. Granada is very close and this Airbnb completed a fairytale weekend for us. Definitely a 10/10.

This is a beautiful Airbnb! The area, the place itself, and the people who work there. We loved our time relaxing by the lake and hanging with the pups. The only issue was the WiFi was down the entire time, and our phones had no service. This is out of there control, though posed a bit of a challenge.

I’ll never forget the short time I spent at this hostel. It was my first time staying in one, and I honestly don’t think I could’ve picked a better place for the experience. It was clean, private, safe, delightfully designed, well-maintained, and offered a respectful social environment. On that note, I have to say, I met some of the most beautiful, interesting, and intelligent people I’ve ever come across in my life. I would absolutely love to come back, and I hope I will soon. Consider this a wholehearted recommendation. Don’t overthink it, just book your stay already!

Having been to Granada 12 times in the past 9 years, we've stayed many places, yet would suggest this above them all if you're OK being on the edge of the smaller city rather than centrally located. The home was brand new, spotless, it had A/C in both bedrooms and the living/kitchen area, we loved the dining table & chair area under the overhang just outside the kitchen open to the courtyard and pool area. The pool is not large, but our 5 year old grandson LOVED it, and given the commonly hot weather native to the area, it was a joy to be able to take a quick dip in the pool to cool off anytime we wanted. The location is secure, in a condo development with a 24/7/365 gated entrance, we've never had a single issue at all staying in Granada, yet this safety could be helpful for those who desire. My wife (who is native from Granada) and I loved our 8 night stay and would recommend this home without reservation!
