Centrally located, many eateries and close to old quarter. The apartment is just brilliant; it has everything and consumables like food and bathroom supplies, more than generous. Parking is cheap and the lack of any odours (smoking) is most inducing for a pleasant stay.

We originally wanted to stay in Campobasso but could not find an accommodation that suited us. We found this place and were very pleasantly surprised. An easy 20 minute drive to Campobasso and access to many other towns in the area. Beyond that, Maria and her father are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights with our dog and were very comfortable.

Mattia was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. We had the pleasure to meet her father who let us into the apartment, he made recommendations, and even offered to take us around if needed. Apartment was cozy and quiet with a beautiful sea breeze. We would definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay a very enjoyable experience. We appreciate the warm hospitality.

Our stay in Campomarino was fantastic! The apartment offers excellent value for money: very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped, perfect to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The sea view is simply amazing, and the central location on the town square is ideal for exploring all that Campomarino has to offer. Campomarino is a truly fascinating village, thanks to its privileged geographical location and breathtaking sea views. The village is full of murals, great bars and restaurants, and is close to everything you need, including supermarkets and shops, and just 4 minutes from the sea. The beaches are clean and well equipped for families and children. In addition, the town offers a rich and varied billboard of events, which makes every season even more enjoyable. Between Campomarino Lido and the town of Campomarino, there is no comparison: the charm and beauty of the historic center make this place really special. Highly recommended

Our host Marco was very helpful, kind, and attentive. He greeted us with a friendly smile. Communication was great, apartment very clean and well equipped. Located in a central area with sea view. Marco made our stay in Termoli a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.

Small apartment at the beginning of the village of Lama dei Peligni, including a kitchen/living room without a sofa but with a small bed, dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and balcony with two chairs and a side table. Below the apartment there is a bakery with a small shop, convenient in the morning to prepare sandwiches for the various excursions available without having to take the car. Convenient parking (not assigned) on the property. Cute country quite lively (in August). Overall everything is ok for a great starting point for various excursions in the area.

We didn't get to meet Pina, but her husband, who welcomed us, gave us useful tips and information for our weekend. Extremely kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need, the location is excellent for reaching Termoli and taking a trip to the Tremiti islands but also for visiting nearby Vasto. Absolutely recommended!! Until next time :)

Very pleasant stay, the house is large and well furnished, complete with everything for the kitchen and the beach, beautiful terrace that unfortunately we could not enjoy at lunch because the umbrella was broken, I would have preferred to find the linen for the rooms and the bathroom maybe paying a little more. Recommended property and Host and if possible we will return!! Giorgio

The location was ideal, the house was cozy and very clean, and Gennaro was always available to answer all our questions and needs. Highly recommended!

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

Modern house, clean and with all the necessary amenities to spend a night or more with your friends. Rooms equipped with TV, spacious living room with balcony and super equipped kitchen. Super helpful host and great breakfast included in the price. Recommended.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need.
