Le logement est un super rapport qualité / prix. Petit mais efficace . La literie est très bonne ( haut matelas ) C est tres propre. La cuisine est petite mais équipé correctement pour des repas basique. les fenêtres sont en double vitrage, elles coupent le son de la route quand c est fermé . Il y a des moustiquaires à chaque porte/fenêtre, très appréciable. L’extérieur est tres chaleureux, pleins de bonnes ondes, Baow met à cœur de bien entretenir ses extérieurs, le coin enfant est très propre et sympa pour les petits. Le logement est à moins de 5km à pieds de la plus belle plage de la région "Karidi beach” j ai fait le chemin tous les jours à pieds (55minutes en marchant doucement ) et la route est agréable ! Baow est tres sympathique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, très appréciable !! nous reviendrons ! merci

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ce séjour de 2 jours a été plus que parfait ! Toutes les informations relatives à l’accessibilité du logement, le WIFI, le parking ont été donné avant mon arrivée ! Le logement était plus que propre et il y avait le nécessaire pour se préparer des petits plats basiques ! Le service est de très bonne qualité, le lendemain de mon arrivée les serviettes ont été changé, le café réapprovisionné ! C’était parfait ! L’extérieur est aussi super : Transat, table de jardin ! Je recommande ce logement Il y a tout à proximité : Restaurants, boulangerie, supermarchés ! Merci encore pour tout !

Un loc ideal de relaxare, cu gazde primitoare, o locație liniștită, confortabilă și intimă, cu posibilitatea alegerii mai multor moduri plăcute de petrecere a timpului: în apropiere se află o frumoasă plajă sălbatică, iar la o plimbare de circa 5 minute sunt numeroase restaurante și baruri cu zona de plajă impecabil amenajată. Un loc minunat și o locație excelentă în care cu siguranță vom reveni în anul viitor. Mulțumim, Antonis!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage: Lokale und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und abends ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und bot mit zwei Pools (einer für Erwachsene, einer für Kinder), einem schönen Spielplatz und einer Barbecue-Ecke beste Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Tolle Strände sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar und absolut einen Besuch wert. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Clean and comfy place felt like home. Many local restaurants and beatiful beaches around with affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and you find everything that you need at this place. At first we were doubtful about not having Wifi but that helped us to stay away from daily time loss from social media and just stay in the moment. Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

Giorgos harika bir ev sahibi, bizi bizzat karşıladı ve bilgilendirdi, çok güzel tavsiyeler verdi, oldukça dost canlısı bir yaklaşımı vardı. Ev oldukça temiz ve düzenli, bir kaç adımda denize girip sonra bahçenize geri dönebilirsiniz. Bu bölgede kalmayı düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bölge oldukça canlı ve kalabalık, yürüyerek tüm ihtiyaçlarınıza ulaşmanız mümkün. Canlı bir muhitte konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye edilir.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Dit was de beste ervaring die we ooit hebben gehad op Airbnb! Zowel het logement als de host waren absoluut fantastisch. Het huisje is erg nieuw en heeft alles wat je maar kunt wensen. De douche heeft een hoge druk stand en is relaxerend, de ruimte is erg gezellig ingericht en de TV is magnifiek en van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien is de locatie ook buiten de grote drukte van het centrum van Peraia en ligt er een gezellig strandje net voor de deur. Het verblijf heeft er een topvakantie van gemaakt voor mij en mijn vriendin. Vasiliki was super behulpzaam en heeft ons top suggesties gegeven. We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen! :)

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

We had a wonderful time in this spotless clean apartment. It is perfect for families, spacious, with all necessities, and free parking for two cars onsite. Location is ideal - 2-minutes walking distance to the beach street with all the bars and taverns. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely come again.

Das war bereits unser dritter Urlaub in der Wohnung von Sophia, und es war, wie auch davor, ganz toll für uns. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet (zumindest uns hat es an nichts gefehlt). Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. Es ist ruhig, nah am Strand,dieser ist nicht von Menschenmengen überlaufen. Vor allem unter der Woche kann man einen fast leeren Strand genießen. Wer mehr erleben möchte, kann abends die Zeit im Zentrum verbringen. Sophia ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Immer gut erreichbar,hat gute Tipps,sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
