Piękne mieszkanie w stylu vintage w samym centrum miasta, urządzone z dbałością o detale, po wejściu do mieszkania wita nas przyjemny zapach. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w wiele akcesoriów i udogodnień, które wykraczają poza standardową ofertę airbnb (płatki kosmetyczne, mleczko do ciała, gry planszowe itp.). Widok z balkonu jest niesamowity, a pianino jest piękne i nastrojone. Jeśli chodzi o drobne minusy, to naczynia w szafkach nosiły ślady użytkowania, a koc miał dużo włosów i nieczystości. Brak zasłony prysznicowej utrudnia korzystanie z wanny w funkcji prysznica. Generalnie pobyt był niezwykle przyjemny, a kontakt z Gospodarzami szybki i bezproblemowy. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Beautiful apartment in brand new super-quiet suburban a complex with young gardens (and lots of patio doors). Shops nearby and 20 mins drive from Chopin airport. Be aware that the ensuite bathroom has a curtain for a door and a glass screen for a shower wall (from bedroom) so you’ll need to be very intimate with whoever you share this room with. (There is another bathroom for special occasions). Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, no TV. Self check-in instructions sent in timely fashion. Only 1 key so we left it under the mat fir each other when we we out. 6 people could stay in the bedrooms and there is a sofa bed too (in the living/dining/kitchen area. Ubers can’t find this easily as it’s so new but I guess their maps will update eventually - meet them on Eukaliptusowa instead. We didn’t have a car but there’s a garage space if you have. Recommended.

The apartment was way better than I expected and thanks to Joanna my stay at Warsaw was exceptional. It was at an amazing location, right in the center, and very close to many great restaurants and prime locations. Can’t forget about the amazing view and how spacious the balcony is. Very thankful for the opportunity and hopefully I’ll be able to book this place again next time.

I spent a few days in Warsaw with a friend. The accommodation is clean, in very good condition, quiet and ideally located for exploring the city. Roman gave clear instructions on how to access the accommodation. I would recommend. Thanks for everything!

The host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear which made the whole process effortless. Piękny dom na bardzo spokojnym osiedlu, pan bardzo przyjazny, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości.

Persepholis to dom z klimatem, Po prostu inny niż inne. Ja doceniam tę odmienność, bo przynajmniej będę pamiętała, gdzie nicowałam będąc w Warszawie. Lokalizacja dla mnie świetna (blisko z dworca Warszawa Wschodnia, blisko mojego miejsca szkoleniowego). Michalina jest miłą osobą więc czułam się bezpiecznie I swobodnie mimo, że kuchnia I łazienka w domu były przestrzeniami współdzielonymi. Żałuję, że nie miałam czasu na przyjżenie się ogrodowi, który przynależy do domu. Może następnym razem?

Dom jest absolutnie przepiękny i przytulny. Panuje w nim rodzinny klimat. Zorganizowaliśmy tam przyjecie komunijne dla ok 15 osób na tarasie i był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Impreza w ogrodzie, na które cudownie bawili się goście od 2 do 80 roku życia. Grill, pizza, kocyki, spacery. Wieczorem przenieśliśmy się do salonu, rozpaliliśmy kominek i rozsiedliśmy się w fotelach. Dom jest ogromny z fajną kuchnią i dużym salonem na dole, a przestrzenią do spania na piętrze - mamy tam 4 czy 5 dużych pokoi, duże łóżko w części otwartej - w sam raz dla rodziców małych dzieci. Na miejscu czuliśmy się jak w domu rodzinnym, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i dużo więcej. Goście po imprezie nie chcieli wracać i sporo z nich zostało na noc i kolejny dzień. W ogrodzie sporo miejsc do zabawy dla dzieci - ślizgawka, boisko. Pani Czesława jest przemiłą osobą i polubiliśmy ją od pierwszego kontaktu. Warto przygotować się na komary i meszki na tarasie. Trudno było nam rozstać się z tym miejscem.

Miejsce wspaniale na dluzszy pobyt, bardzo przestrzenne, bylam tam tylko 1 dzien wiec nie moglam skorzystac w pelni. Jedyny minus - wejscie nieprzystosowane dla niepelnosprawnych, wejscie znajduje sie za schodami z ruchoma porecza, dojscie jest przez trawnik. Ale w srodku super. I fajna oferta w tv, sa wszystkie aplikacje.

I had a wonderful stay at Antoni's place. The hosts were helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment is well designed, and every single amenity felt meticulous and convenient. There's a food shop about 300m away with just about any ingredients you need for a meal. It's also really close to the Warsaw airport. 10/10

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. Duża zaletą jest spory ogródek i suszarka na pranie :) Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona! Okolica jest bardzo spokojna a mimo wszystko bardzo blisko centrum. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się dosłownie 2 minuty od apartamentu. Z czystym sercem możemy polecić to mieszkanie oraz gospodarza innym użytkownikom Airbnb :)

Nice and clean apartment! Close to grocery stores and a large shopping center Arcadia. Close to a lot of public transport. And thanks Luigi for the great gifts :)

We absolutely loved the apartment! As frequent visitors to Warsaw, we're always drawn to the charm of Saska Kępa, and this apartment was a delightfully airy and pleasant retreat. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!
