Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moka District

Sheila was an exceptional host, friendly, always responsive to calls/texts and even went above and beyond to assist us during our stay (especially with her family for airport runs and car rental!!) Our lengthy stay was a home from home! We couldn’t thank her enough 🙏🏽 The place is a nice, big spacious apartment in the heart of rural Mauritius, small local shops close by - be prepared for some bugs in the evening, but friendly (and shy!) geckos, who actually help eat the bugs! Belle Mare beach (one of the best on the island) only 10 minutes away by car. La Riviere restaurant was also recommended by Shelia and is must to eat at, no need to make a reservation, you can just turn up! On our last day we also visited an island called Ile Aux Cerf which was a short drive and then boat ride away! Shelia also provided us with basic essentials: water, juice, sugar, cutlery, cleaning products and household basics. On top of all that she also provided a very useful welcome guide. Overall 10/

We had a wonderful time at Shangri La! Our host Francine was great, she communicated very well and the house was fantastic. We wished we could have stayed longer and we plan to be back soon!

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei allen Angelegenheiten zB. Ausflüge Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.. kann nur die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen wer wie ich nur zum schlafen kommt und den ganzen tag was unternimmt wird man glaub qualitativ nur schwer etwas finden was dieser Unterkunft gleicht. An den Gastgeber vielen Dank nochmal für alles und komme gerne wieder. Grüße Anton

Le logement est très très propre, ils ont le désir de rendre service pour que nous puissions passer les meilleures vacances possible. Nous les remercions infiniment car ils ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour sur l’île. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite chez eux .

Staying at Sharvins was amazing. with views of the bay a standout. very relaxing with nice restaurants within a short distance. sharvin and family made us very welcome.

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Florian, der Gastgeber, ist unglaublich bemüht und immer hilfsbereit – er gibt tolle Tipps und ist stets erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Das Apartment ist Teil eines kleinen Komplexes mit drei Wohneinheiten und verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche, einen Pool, sowie eine schöne gemeinsame Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert, da die Lage etwas abseits ist!Wir haben anfangs den öffentlichen Bus genutzt, was gut funktioniert hat, uns dann aber doch für ein Auto entschieden, um flexibler zu sein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die liebe Köchin, die auf Vorbestellung richtig leckeres Essen zubereitet und direkt zur Villa bringt – ein toller Service! Außerdem wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt. Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert 😍

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Christophe. Il a su nous donner de bonnes recommandations pour profiter et visiter un maximum à l’île Maurice ! Un hôte bienveillant, à l’écoute et très réactifs! Ce fut un plaisir d’échanger avec lui ! Le logement était au top ainsi que la location de voiture ! Je recommande Christophe vivement !

5/5 Sterne! Wir hatten ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in dieser traumhaften Airbnb-Wohnung in La Gaulette, Mauritius! Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Meer von der riesigen Dachterrasse war atemberaubend. Die Lage war perfekt für uns um den kompletten Süden der Insel zu Erkunden. Dhareena war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Ihre Eltern haben uns Empfangen und sie waren unglaublich freundlich. Durch Verspätung unseres Fluges und Problemen mit dem Mietwagen sind wir erst viel später als vereinbart an der Wohnung angekommen, auch das war kein Problem und durch die gute Kommunikation mit Dhareena hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Un séjour inoubliable ! La vue sur la mer est tout simplement magique. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et très bien situé. La piscine privée est un vrai plus. Un immense merci à Anne et Dominique pour leur merveilleux accueil. Ce sont des hôtes doté d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. On se sent immédiatement comme chez soi. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés, et c’est sûr, nous reviendrons !!

Annick et Pascal nous ont réservés un acceuil vraiment chaleureux, le logement ainsi que la piscine et le jardin tout est fort agréable... que dire de plus ; le fait que Pascal soit guide est un atout précieux pour découvrir cette magnifique île et son histoire. leur passion pour leur jardin et leur maison fait que l 'on se sent parfaitement bien ! et leurs petites chiennes sont toujours prètes pour un câlin. un excellent souvenir!!! A refaire!

Stayed here during our holiday to Mauritius, we wanted a night on the west coast for the sunset and you can see that without leaving the balcony. Ms Sheela showed us around and explained everything. Lots of lovely little homely touches like beer in the fridge and soft drinks, toiletries, and even binoculars even to try and spot whales/ dolphins. Patio is huge plenty of space , hosts replied to messages promptly and always answered any questions. Ms sheela and pothano were very accommodating and adaptable to any amendments throughout. We would 100% recommend and happily stay here for a full holiday.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cet appartement. Il est encore plus impressionnant en vrai : la vue est sublime, et chaque matin offre un paysage digne d’un tableau. Dominique, en charge de l’entretien, a été exceptionnelle : discrète, disponible et très gentille. Son aide a été précieuse tout au long du séjour. Le lieu est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent du calme, de la sérénité et un vrai moment de déconnexion. L’hôte a également été très réactif et arrangeant, notamment pour l’arrivée et le départ, en s’adaptant parfaitement à nos horaires de vol — ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. En revanche, si vous prévoyez de nombreuses activités autres que nautiques (surtout en hiver), les environs accessibles à pied sont un peu limités, notamment pour ceux qui souhaitent une ambiance plus animée avec restaurants, bars ou lieux pour sortir. Malgré cela, c’est un endroit absolument idéal pour des vacances reposantes et dépaysantes. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et 4 nuits à la résidence Dilmed. Agréablement surpris par l’accessibilité à pied du centre de Flic en Flac et des commerces autour. Les photos de l’annonce sont identiques à la réalité et l’appartement idéal pour un couple. Le nécessaire est présent dans le logement et petit + une assiette de fruit et un jus sont offert à votre arrivée. Martine et Sabrina sont facilement accessibles et sur place tous les jours si besoin. Le ménagement est fait 1/2 fois par semaine, et les draps et serviettes sont changés également. L’hôte Ziaad reste disponible par téléphone également, je recommande +++ et je vous assure que pour la localisation le prix est relativement abordable. Si besoin d’un taxi de l’aéroport à la résidence aller/retour. N’hésitez pas à demander à Ziaad, il sera vous conseiller et le réserver pour vous avec un prix abordable, beaucoup moins cher que les taxis à l’aéroport. On peut dire que c’est réellement les vacances. Merci à vous

Nous avons passé deux mois merveilleux chez Nathalie. L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : spacieux, propre, bien agencé et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Un vrai petit cocon pour profiter pleinement de la vie à l’île Maurice ! Nathalie a été une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours disponible, réactive, accueillante, chaleureuse et souriante. Elle a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et efficacité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons son logement les yeux fermés, et si nous repassons à Maurice, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde à revenir chez elle. Merci encore Nathalie pour ton accueil !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce logement tout propre, décoré avec soin, et surtout très fonctionnel avec tout à disposition. Tout est mis en place pour faciliter son arrivée, ainsi que toutes les informations nécessaires à savoir sur l’ile (restaurants, plages, activités…). L’appartement est sécurisé et situé dans un quartier calme, tout proche d’un centre commerciale et des plages. Grindel est une hôte disponible et au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter et les yeux fermés !

An outstanding place and host, with every comfort, to make your self catered vacation seamless. Kayak, swim, snorkel, make your own meals, etc. Recommended indeed.

Thank you for the lovely stay Sheel! We felt at home and appreciated the attention towards details found throughout your apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our extended stay. The building was well maintained, had friendly staff and felt very safe with the security team. Having a pool was a wonderful bonus after an excursion day! We’ll miss our daily breakfast on the balcony enjoying the views! We recommend this great stay :)

المكان رائع جداً جداً ونظيف وواسع وفخم يوجد مسبح صغير خاص اطلالة رائعة على ملعب القولف مطبخ متكامل بالأواني والأجهزه يوجد ٣ دورات مياه ٣ غرف صالة بلكونه واسعه طاولة طعام داخلية وخارجية مطبخ متكامل الشقة بوسط منتجع أناهيتا تستخدم نفس الشاطيء ونفس المسابح يوجد مطاعم وكوفي بالمنتجع وكذلك بقالة صغيرة بالمنتجع لكنها شاملة لكل شيء ممكن تحتاجه اعطونا رحلة مجانية لجزيرة قريبة ، تنزل بالجزيرة وتركب سيارات قولف وتنزل لشاطيء رملي المكان جميل جداً هناك اشكر المظيف جداً على خدمته لنا وسرعة استجابته نتمنى أن نعود قريباً

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

Ashvin nous a parfaitement accueilli dans son logement à la Gaulette. Nous avons bien discuté avec lui, il a été de très bon conseil pour des restaurants et activités aux alentours. Son logement est impeccable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, et d’une propreté irréprochable ! La vue sur le Morne et la verdure alentour est vraiment un plus. Je recommande à 100%, merci Ashvin ! Marine

Such a nice place and right by the dock where you can book activities like 5 islands tour. People managing the place just downstairs were really lovely and helpful too, a couple of tiny issues were fixed really quickly and everyone was very responsive - would really recommend staying here!

Océane is an excellent host, she was super responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. The studio is as described in a beautiful small garden.

A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration. Thank you so much Romain, you’re an absolute star! Till next time!
