Guy was present when we arrived and eager to give us information about the accommodation, the instructions, the good restaurants and the hikes to do around Guidel. The view is consistent with the description, good bedding, very complete in terms of dishes and small appliances. The only "hiccup" was the rain, next time we'll order sunshine à la carte! Book this accommodation with confidence.

We had a great stay! The studio was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. (Just a heads-up: bed linen needs to be rented in advance—we brought our own from home.) The sea view is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay as it rained quite a bit, but that didn’t take away from the charm of the place. The location is very convenient—only 4 minutes by car to the city center of Concarneau—and it’s also a great base for day trips to nearby towns in the region. One small note of caution: be sure to lock your car securely at night. Our dashcam recorded a pair of people trying to open car doors during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here!

The apartment is as described with an exceptional view of the ocean and the beach. In addition, the accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Very pleasant welcome by Eugenie. We will certainly return with great pleasure.

Perfectly located and impeccably maintained, the apartment is very pleasant and functional, the terrace overlooking the moor is an invaluable plus, the sea is 2 steps away, discreet and present hosts if needed, very friendly who plys is, in short, all the ingredients are there for a perfect stay!

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). We had a lovely stay at the Sandlings , Celine & Manu are a really nice couple. Communication was excellent. Fabulous peaceful location close to a number of beautiful beaches - sunsets not to be missed at the local harbour.

We had a very good time in Florence's house: The beautiful, large and fenced garden, as well as the very tastefully and comfortably furnished house made us feel at home with our dog immediately. The house is very close to the coast and the Gr34, as well as just a stone's throw across the street to be able to walk extensively in the beautiful nature with the dog. Beautiful places to discover in the area (Pont Aven, Le Pouldu, Concarneau, ... etc) We highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice spacious longhouse, well appointed in a quiet environment, we enjoyed the many everyday products available to us (kitchen products, bathroom etc.) . Only small downside on one of the 140 beds, too small for us. A beautiful discovery despite a capricious weather, pretty beaches and surrounding cities. Justine knows how to be a perfect host who cares about the well-being of her tenants. We felt very comfortable in this house. Thank you again! We'll be happy to go back

Great location close to the sea and ideal for a family! The hosts are welcoming and always give good advice. We highly recommend it because of the access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot plus the bike path.

Excellent weekend in Yohan's apartment. The view is superb, it was what I was looking for the weekend. Waking up to this view is a treat. You can easily access the city by following the beach, which makes the walk really pleasant. The apartment is very clean and well-decorated. I highly recommend it!!

Studio in the city center, very quiet and also close to the beach. The decoration is neat, pleasant and the whole is very functional and very clean. The nearby parking is really an asset. Isabelle is caring and responsive. Everything was perfect!!!

Studio in a great location and quiet. With a view of Tristan Island and Douarnenez Bay, the GR34 coastal trail starts just in front of the studio's private parking. Shops nearby, between 5 and 10 minutes' walk. An ideal accommodation to discover part of Finistère.
