Lovely remodeled separate basement suite in a 1905 house! 1 bd (queen), 1 ba, living room (full sofa sleeper), and kitchette/laundry. Stays naturally cool below 72 F all summer (if windows are opened in the morning). Walk score 87, public transit 71, and biking 98! Walk to the OR Convention Center and Moda Center (20 min). Great fit for those out and about during the day, but want quiet at night. Squeaky clean, but no cleaning fee and no check out chores! This listing supports a public teacher.

Really quiet, private, 1 story, fully renovated modern apartment with secluded outdoor seating area, large soaking tub for 2, and separate shower. The apartment is a short walk to public transit to airport and downtown MAX line. GREAT FOR: Couples or individuals looking for a quite relaxing stay. Unusually quiet and private for Portland. No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Sparkling clean newer construction in the popular and centrally located Williams/Mississippi Districts, famous for amazing food! Quiet, safe, cozy and private off street garden/home filled with natural light. Stand-alone unit with private entrance from the alley behind our house. Fast Wifi. Full kitchen.
