Townhome holiday rentals in Moab Valley

Stunning home in a beautiful spot a little bit from town. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Loved being able to cook on a gas stove using cast iron. Ice maker and filtered water were a great bonus! I will stay here again!!

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

We had a great time. The house was perfect. I especially loved the outdoor space with separate eating, lounging, and hot tub areas, plus the beautiful views. The inside of the house was clean, well stocked kitchen items, very comfortable, everything that we could need. There is a short drive into town, very convenient. The host was very responsive to messages. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the scenic view, and quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen and great to have the garage and one level accommodation. Andrea was consistently good at communicating and giving lots of good information on things to do, in the area.

The townhouse was perfect for our trip to Canyonlands! We loved the location inside and out. The inside was beautiful, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly! Sitting on the patio outside was very relaxing after a day of hiking in the park. Thanks for sharing your lovely property!!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren mit sechs Personen vier Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Absoluter Pluspunkt für mich persönlich: die Sauna. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Parkplatz und Garage direkt am Haus beim Essen am Esstisch. Im Außenbereich hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die herrlichen roten Felsen. Die Kommunikation mit Debbie war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay—beautiful, peaceful location in Moab that was exactly what we were looking for. The place was very comfortable, scenic, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been smoother. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. Easy check in, easy checkout. Quiet neighborhood and easy to work from the location for part of the day and get out and see the parks and the sites in the evening.

Good location, clean, easy to find, good after hours service (could not figure the door code out AT 11:00pm)!

Very nice condo community. The place was very comfortable and had all we needed. Enjoyed the patio in the morning and evenings when cooler. Easy drive to Moab and Arches.

Great stay! Comfortable beds, useful accommodations such as full kitchen and washing machines and adequate seating. Close driving distance to downtown Moab and Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. Christy was a very responsive host and gave easy-to-follow instructions for both check in and check out. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay for the one evening. Place was clean and comfortable.

Private, clean, spacious place to lay our heads while we explored Moab. While there are a lot of check out instructions compared to most Airbnbs, the beds were extremely comfortable, they were well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the house was extremely clean. There's also a nice view of the mountains from the back!

What a great place for a family. Loved the patio that had a gate so our toddler could be outside safely. The accommodations were nice, the rooms were a good size and the place was clean. There was plenty of room in the garage four our machines and plenty of trailer parking. The hot tub was lovely after a day of riding. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We would recommend to anyone headed to Moab for a family vacation .

The place was great. The only issue was the management company that was really quite odd. I had let them know that one of the sheets had been torn when we arrived. It honestly wasn't that big of a deal, I just wanted the owner to know so that they knew they should replace the sheet. The responses from Evolve were just plain strange. I think this is an offshore company that must use a call center, but the communication was quite absurd and irritating. Who knows, maybe they use AI for their responses. That being said, the place is great and we really enjoyed it. I would absolutely recommend staying there, just be aware that you are not communicating with the owner, but a management company that isn't particularly competent.

It was perfect for our family. This condo is right beside the pool, which was nice. It was quiet when we were there, even at night.. great star gazing too! We utilized the patio too which was great for lounging in the sun!

We loved our stay! Comfy, clean, lot’s of amenities, good location, nicely decorated. Alison was responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

Great place to launch all the adventures. Endless fun and exploring. Utilized the kitchen 100% during our 5 day stay. Beds super comfy with great water pressure. About 5 minutes from downtown Moab. Lexi answered all our questions and delivered a shortage of Nespresso pods. Enjoyed the hot tub during sunset and watched the bats fly around. So cool! Things to note: Parking is a few hundred feet away for those who have trouble walking or need to carry heavy items to the condo. Temp is regulated by owner, you do not have control. (Lexi worked with us on that) Road noise is constant (at least from the front bedroom). I used a sound machine to drain it out, no problem. None of these deterred us. Only mentioning because some people are particular and details help. Good spot to call home while tackling Moab area.

This is a great place to stay in Moab. Lots of space, nice separation of bedrooms, huge living room couch is comfy and offers lots of hang out space. Nicely decorated, felt like home. Gas fireplace was a nice touch, and pool + hot tub was nice amenity.

We stay at Randy's place every year because it is a great place.

Kent’s place was beautiful, clean, comfy and a short drive from downtown Moab and the surrounding natural beauty and national parks. The neighborhood was walkable and all whom we met were friendly. The accommodations were well stocked to meet all our needs. We really appreciated being able to do our laundry there too! Thanks, Kent, for a great place to stay in a beautiful place!

It was really clean and comfortable. Enough room to spread out. Beds were comfortable, easy to find extra pillows, blankets and towels. The pool for the complex is small but we didn’t really have much time for swimming so it didn’t matter. Has everything we needed. I’d stay here again if we go back to Moab!

Tod was always quick with any information I needed and provided timely details about all aspects of our stay (check-in, directions…..). Home was as advertised and the variety of kitchen appliances were a plus - many ways to make your coffee, cappuccino, espresso, etc. Highly recommend Tod and this home just a few minutes outside of Moab.

Awesome place in Moab. Wonderful place to stay with a few family's on the outskirts of Moab - but still close enough to get into town quickly if need be.
