Our “Haus Wildbach” was recently renovated and is located in the Seegatterl district. The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.

The Raffner Hof is only 2.5 km from the center of Ruhpolding, which can be reached by car in about 3 minutes or on foot in about 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find various grocery stores, restaurants and inns, bakeries and butchers. The house is ideally located for summer activities such as hikes and bike rides as well as for winter sports. For excursions are well-known destinations such as Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden-Königsee, Kössen, Walchsee and much more.

With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: three cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a single-family house and is accessible via an external staircase. It is quiet, in mint condition, stylishly furnished and has a large terrace. Behind the house is a bus stop, with hourly connections to Lofer / Zell am See, Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. A grocery store, a public outdoor swimming pool with sauna and fitness center, the Saalach and various hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

My place is close to mountains and meadows. Salzburg and Munich are not far away.. Our attractive vacation home is located in St. Quirin. A beautiful, detached vacation home awaits you with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an electric gas fireplace and gallery, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed/ sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.
