Apartment holiday rentals in Mitilini

Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

Ev gayet temizdi. Havlular,çarşaflar ve yastık kılıfları temiz ve kaliteliydi. Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek her malzeme vardı. Bizim beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Konumu şehir merkezinde olduğu için araç kiralamaya gerek kalmadan bir gün geçirdik bize ekstra tasarruf sağladı. Midilliye tekrar geldiğimizde yine kiralarım. Gelecek olanlara tavsiye ederim.

John’s studio/efficiency was well located and perfect for a casual experience near the beach and local fish tavernas. Perhaps a bit tight for two, but not if you pack lightly. Since there is a clothes washer within, there is really no reason to bring a lot. (Laundry dries quite quickly in the hot Greek sun!) Bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning unit cooled the space within minutes. John himself is always cheerful, accommodating and available.

Konum olarak restoranlara, sahile ve gezilebilecek yerlere çok yakındı. Ev temizdi. Korhan Bey ilgiliydi. Her zaman hızlı dönüşler sağladı. Tavsiye ederim.

Η εμπειρία στο κατάλυμα του Σπύρου ήταν εξαιρετική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες – ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα τα βασικά σημεία, αλλά και ήσυχη για ξεκούραση. Ο Σπύρος σαν οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλικός και άμεσα διαθέσιμος.

Aurora Apartments-Euphoria the one I stayed in, was beautiful decorated, with big windows and high ceilings making the rooms look even more luxurious and vintage from another era of Mytilene.⚜️ The location is ideal, right next to the center and everything on foot. From small taverns, cafeterias, bars and the main shopping street Ermou.👣 The Host was amazingly helpful and willing to go the extra mile, since I was flying back home at night to leave my luggage inside the apartment.✈️ Not to forget, that their instructions and responsiveness was exceptional. Very clear, explaining how everything works and what they require of you during your check-out!💯 I definitely recommend booking in Aurora, and will for sure be my go to spot when I come back in Mytilene. 😁

Aegean Blue is actually not situated in PoDaRaS, but in PaRaDiSe! What a gem of a holiday location! So many lovely seats and loungers around the pool and the yoga deck - one week was hardly enough to try them all. Everything is so tastefully arranged with attention to the tiniest details - from the overall layout to the tiniest kitchen utensil. The best apartment we've ever experienced! Thanks to lovely Christina and Stratos for all the thought and attention that goes into this wonderful place. The feline beauties hanging out with us were the icing on the cake and we all fell in love with them! We will definitely come back!

L' allogio e' situato in otiima posizione, offre un ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Il balcone privato e' molto carino.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Συνδυάζει την ιδιωτικότητα με την αίσθηση ασφάλειας και την υπέροχη θέα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στην πόλη, η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα, τα κρεβάτια είναι πολύ άνετα και ο κήπος με το τραπέζι και τις καρέκλες ιδανικός για χαλάρωση. Γενικά είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή και θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!!

Fantastic stay, at a lovely, clean apartment a short taxi to town or to the airport and a short walk to the university and Theofilis museum. The view is incredible, and could not have asked for a better host. Super helpful, friendly, responsive to messages and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed during the trip. The cafe downstairs is amazing, great food at reasonable prices, fantastic desserts and yummy drinks! I’ll definitely stay here again on my return.

We spent a cold month of Winter in Panagiouda to volunteer nearby. We were fortunate to stay in this apartment which was really perfect for our needs - a retreat from the daily work that on our return each day, felt like home. So beautiful to walk out of the gate each morning to beautiful and peaceful surroundings where all the neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a great location, local bakeries and traditional supermarkets (called pantopolio) are stocked with all that's required to sustain their customers. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen amply stocked with the listed accessories and essentials, and likewise the bathroom with toiletries and laundry liquid. Anything that cropped up was quickly dealt with by the owner. Thank you Panagioti.

Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν απίστευτα φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί, το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες (καλύτερο από κοντά) οτι πρέπει για max 3-4 άτομα. Το κέντρο ήταν το πολύ 15-20λ με τα πόδια, με όχημα είναι 5λ. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα αν ξανά επισκεπτόμουν το νησί θα ήταν η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!! Ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη φιλοξενία🙏🏾

Ο χώρος είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες κ πολύ καθαρός μπαίνοντας μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μέχρι τη τελευταία μικροσυσκευή. Με όμορφη αισθητική κ μελετημένο φωτισμό. Όλα ακριβώς όπως είναι στη περιγραφή. Είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης κ 15 με 20 από το λιμάνι σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που έχει ότι χρειαστείς(μίνι μάρκετ,φούρνο, φαρμακείο). Τέλος η Σοφή είναι υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης με άμεση ανταπόκριση κ σαφείς οδηγίες σε ότι τη ρώτησα. Μου παρείχε κ ευέλικτες ώρες άφιξης κ αναχώρησης κάτι που με διευκόλυνε στο πρόγραμμα μου. Όταν ξαναέρθω δε θα ψάξω κάτι άλλο.

Captain Dalàs home was was so cute, clean and comfortable in a good location for exploring Mytilene town. Eleftheria was lovely and gave lots of little touches, like her homemade peach marmalade!

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful stay, Yiannis is a kind and insightful man, loved our time here. I thought the place looked much nicer than the pictures made it appear.

Notre séjour était parfait, très belle villa en plein centre ville de Mitilini, l'hôte a été très réactif à la moindre de nos demandes. Tout était propre, et correspondait à la description. L'environnement pouvait être un peu bruyant mais c'est le jeu en étant en plein centre ville.

En ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş temizliğe de oldukça önem verilmiş. İç dizaynına hayran kaldık. Konumu itibarıyla da tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

İki aile yani dört kişi geldik. Araç kiraladık. Adanın her tarafına eşit uzaklıkta bir konumu olması ; yeşillikler ve doğa ile iç içe bir yer olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Mutfak gayet yeterliydi. Alışveriş yaptık balığımızı uzomuzu aldık. Kızartmak için un unutmuşuz. Ve kahraman ev sahibimizin mükemmel annesi bize un verdi. Mükemmel bir balkonu var ve misafirleri var. Misafirleri yeni doğum yapmış kırlangıçlar idi. Kısacası üç gün bize ev sahipliği yaptıkları için çok teşekkür ederiz
