We enjoyed a wonderful weekend away and the only bad thing was that we couldn’t stay longer. Vaso is a gracious, A+ host. She made us feel right at home. The pictures simply do not do this place justice-it was nice to have extra space for our family and the views from the balcony are amazing. Great place for reading and relaxation. Would definitely look this place up again if we get to go back to the island.

Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

Lokasyon çok iyiydi, yorgunsan balkonda oturmak bile dinlendiriyordu. En iyi restaurantlar evin hemen dibindeydi. Ev temiz ve rahattı. Ev sahibimiz de çok iyi tavsiyeler verdi. Midilli’ye bir daha gelirsek burada kalacağız

Son dakikada rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen Ray bizim için her şeyi hazır etmişti. Eve geldiğinizde bizi güler yüzle karşılayıp gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yaptı. Ayrıca restaurantlar ve gezilecek yerler ile alakalı faydalı önerilerde de bulundu ve bu bilgileri unutmayalım diye tek tek mesajla gönderdi. Hazırladığı karşılama sepeti ve atıştırmalıklar ile şarapta enfesti. Gerçekten bizim için işleri çok kolaylaştırdı. Evin konumu ve manzarası ise mükemmeldi. Buraya gelecek bütün arkadaşlarımı kesinlikle bu eve yönlendireceğim. İleride tekrar burada konaklayacağımdan eminim. Her şey içşn çok teşekkürler Ray.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beautifully restored traditional house on the edge of Plomari. It’s a very short walk into the village and down to the harbour, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, and a great supermarket. There are also a couple of bakeries. The town is fascinating, both for its architecture and the layout of the little streets that climb the hill on both sides of the river. There are also a number of beaches (pebble) within walking distance, or just a short drive away. The hosts (Sally and Henry) were very friendly and helpful and have made something very special with this renovation. The interior is just as pretty, light and airy as in the photos, with much careful attention paid to the little decor details. The view from the terraces is also wonderful. You do have to walk the last 100 metres through a path along the garden to reach the house, but it’s definitely worth it! We can only recommend this house. It’s a true gem.

Good accomodation. Central with regard to activities in gera Bay area. house located in tiny village next to a taverna (which was closed in May). super quiet that time of year except for the birds. house has nice furniture and bed and has all the small things you need like soap etc. had a very comfortable stay there. several walks pass right through Karini, so perfect for hikers.

Καταπληκτική εξοχική κατοικία με πολύ όμορφη και άνετη αυλή στην οποία έκανε σκιά όλη τη μέρα μια τεράστια κληματαριά (σημαντικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά που θέλουν χώρο να παίξουν), 200 μέτρα από τη συμπαθητική παραλία σκάλας Μυστεγνών. Το σπίτι άνετο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με πολύ ησυχία όλη την ημέρα. Υπάρχει μεγάλη ιδιωτικότητα και έχεις την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι στην εξοχή αφού στην περίμετρο του κτήματος είναι ένα μεγάλο χωράφι που περιβάλλεται από δέντρα. Ο Κώστας φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τον πατέρα του για τα πεντανόστιμα σταφύλια από την κληματαριά. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα

Probably this villa is the best choice for the stay with a group in Mytilini. Villa was clean, and has really wide rooms, lots of opportunities as bike, cano, bbq, perfect backyard, and just 3 meter to sea in a very calm neighbor. One welcome pack with the ouzo, coffee,snacks and local foods already prepared for us. All rooms has a good AC. Thank you for the Katerina for everything, especially for hospitality and good communication. We really recommend here and looking forward for next stay there.
