Casa duplex com sacada com vista para o mar, dentro de um pequeno condomínio do 9 casas com acesso direto para a Praia Araçaipe pelo jardim. O condomínio tem área do lazer, churrasqueira e piscina. Lugar bem tranquilo e ideal para famílias e casais desfrutarem suas férias. Ficando só 30 passos até a praia que virar uma piscina natural quando o mar está baixo.
