No parties allowed as there is a neighborhood watch that forbids parties. Any party will be reported by the neighbors, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. Note that HDMI cables are not provided the two 4K 27" computer monitors in one of the bedrooms. Please bring your own 4K compatible HDMI cable.

Our home has been newly remodeled with beds/bedding (king, queen and full), AC, BBQ, expansive patio room, fully equipped kitchen, large fenced backyard and plenty of covered gathering areas. Well behaved, potty trained dogs are welcome with approval ($50 fee). Dogs are not to be left unattended. (No cats) Extra person fee $25 per night. Come enjoy! Now, this is San Diego!
