The experience was truly spectacular. Highlights: the apartment's location; the incredible views, both of the sunrise from the bedroom and the sunset from the living room and last but not least, Gonzalo's attention, who was always attentive to every detail. I went with my partner and we both agreed that we would return a thousand times.

I have stayed at Fabiana's apartment more than once, and I recommend it 100%! Very bright, nice spaces, very complete, perfect for short or long term stays. Fabiana is a great host, and she strives to keep the depto beautiful and welcoming. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Mar del Plata!! 🌟

The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. We had a great time, and the super host!

The deptartamento is beautiful and super complete. We enter 6 people very comfortable. Gonzalo was super attentive during our stay. I definitely recommend it and would repeat it again :)

The view and location is excellent, the best. The depto is spotless just as seen in the photos. The heating is adjustable and very strong. Keep in mind that the third room with the bed is the one of service, very far from the rest of the rooms and bathrooms. The building is something old but in good condition. The access to the garage is somewhat uncomfortable due to the characteristics of the building. A minor detail: there was no complimentary toilet paper upon arrival, but the rest is 10 points.

I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

Many thanks to Gisela, who from the first moment made us feel very comfortable with the house and everything around it. An environment to disconnect and enjoy every corner of the house, which makes it unique. We would choose it again and again!!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

We loved everything! The house is divine! Everything is tasteful and clean. Very comfortable, well furnished, bright, good ventilation. Safe (it has an alarm). The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

The stay was wonderful!!! Luciano and Ayelen are genius!!! They were kind enough to contemplate my husband's illness and were attentive at all times to respond to our inquiries . The apartment is just as you can see in the photos , it has everything to make you feel at home. The view is beautiful day and night and the location is perfect for resting and having everything nearby. We will be back without hesitation!!!

Very nice apartment facing the coast, all light and window and wide ocean views. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from the center and on the Av Camet that is very busy.

Ines was an excellent host, accessible and patient with me since my communication was intermittent due to the car trip. The apartment is spacious, bright, very tasteful, and very conveniently located if you want to be in the Punta Mogotes area, The garage is in an interior courtyard with security, just as the apartment is safe. She welcomed me with some alfajores and a warm smile!!! I'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

The apartment is excellent. Located, for me, in the most beautiful area of Mar del Plata. Jorge is very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. The building's facilities are great, and the service and friendliness of all the employees, too. The view from the balconies is unbeatable.

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.
