Beautiful house, very spacious, it has everything, you don't have to bring anything extra, just your luggage.

Claudio, the very friendly host, allowed us to enter several hours before. The house is very comfortable and cozy, impeccable and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We were a group of 6 and we all agreed that we would definitely book again. I recommend it.

We were 5 friends and really the house is super comfortable, beautiful area, meters from the beach, places nearby to eat or shop for cooking. Everything spotless, we would definitely come back.

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photo. The apartment is very organized and clean with a perfume smell, it is very well located, I did everything on foot. Beautiful apartment and great location. The photos don't show how beautiful the apartment is, mainly because of the sea views. It has the peculiarity that the front has a view of the sea and the back also! By the curve that hits the coast. Everything is clean, fully equipped and very well heated. It was a pleasure to stay here, we will definitely return.

We had a great time at Valeria's place. Everything was as described, or better than in the photos. The small garden area and a plus to enjoy the sun. There is a very good WiFi connection that allows you to work remotely. The accommodation is very well located for a visit to the pretty town of Mar del Plata. Nelly was Lovely You can go there without a second thought.

Elena’s place is beautiful-the apartment is exactly as described: modern, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything in perfect condition. It’s also in one of the best locations in the city, close to great restaurants and shops. Elena’s communication and attention were outstanding. She provided great recommendations for nearby places to visit and remained attentive throughout our entire stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
