Perfect location in El Barco de Valdeorras. Our family of five stayed at this beautiful location in El Barco de Valdeorras. It's within walking distance to the town's main attractions and restaurants. The apartment includes everything one could need, it has plenty of space, rooms, and bathrooms. Maria Luisa is an amazing host. She was very proactive about her communications, she answered our calls when we had a questions, and was very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this incredible apartment in El Barco de Valdeorras for anyone to stay.

What an amazing and beautiful property with such great family history. The location was great, just on the outskirts of the old city center so very very walkable. It had all the amenities we needed for a single night stay and the host was gracious enough to wake up really early in the pouring rain to help us out the gate. The only note we have for those who need to know is that the beds were really really firm, but that was the case for a lot of the places we stayed on our visit to Portugal and Spain, so maybe it's more the norm than the exception. again, such a beautiful place to check out and enjoy!!

Our stay felt like luxury, as we do not usually stay in hotels. Such a treat to have a sumptuous breakfast each day overlooking the hills and river, our room serviced daily, the beautiful pools to relax by, friendly staff to chat with and the option of a delicious dinner. We loved our stay! We had a large room on the first floor with a large comfy bed, good bathroom and balcony overlooking the gardens, pool and hills beyond. Perfect view of the sunset too. There are a few more minor maintenance issues in the room that could do with some attention, however we paid such a fair price that we were happy to overlook these. Recommended ++

Ana es increíble, muy atenta y muy buena personas, el hostal es bonito y muy nuevo, los baños, la cocina, todo está perfecto y organizado, y la zona es genial por que está cerca de la playa y puedes asomarte por la ventana y ver las olas del mar, realmente recomiendo este lugar para todas aquellas personas que quieran venir a relajarse un poco, todo fue muy bueno. Aparcamiento fácil a la vuelta del alojamiento. justo enfrente cafetería loterías ,frutería ,estanco ,farmacia.. muy buena zona. las playas cercanas yendo andando están de lujo para pasar el día tranquilo. La habitación muy limpia y luminosa , María es muy buena anfitriona está para todo lo que necesites.

El lugar es muy bonito, agradable y tranquilo. Todo estaba muy limpio, Niko fue muy amable y me dio indicaciones muy precisas todo el tiempo, fue muy paciente aún después de preguntarle lo mismo 5 veces. Es un lugar para descansar, ir sin carro es un poco complicado si se quiere salir a pasear, por los horarios de los buses y la distancia al tren, es recomendable ir con dinero en efectivo.

Fueron muy amables con nosotros. La casa impecable. Pudimos usar cesped, barbacoa y mesa al lado de barbacoa sin problema. Gracias por todo.

Logement exceptionnel, conforme à la description. Spacieux, moderne, bien équipé La piscine, commune avec les 2 autres logements, est top Paulo est très sympathique et réactif à chaque demande. Nous recommandons ++++

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement avec toute la famille. La proximité de la plage, la possibilité de profiter de la piscine, du court de tennis et du stade de foot pour les enfants sont un un vrai plus. Nous aurions bien profité d'une semaine supplémentaire.

El alojamiento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa. El jardín, con sus diferentes espacios, te permitía pasar momentos de desconexion y relax, con vistas a la montaña desde la piscina, el jacuzzi o la barbacoa. Se nota muchísimo el cariño con el que Eva ha construido todo esto, y el buen gusto en la decoración. Eva desde el primer día de la reserva nos ha puesto facilidades para todo, se ha comunicado inmediatamente, y ha adaptado todo a nuestras necesidades (teniendo en cuenta que viajamos con una bebé de año y medio). En definitiva, si quieres disfrutar de la naturaleza, el relax, la desconexion y (si tienes suerte) buenas conversaciones con Eva, te recomiendo este alojamiento.

Passem os anos que passarem, a Casa do Hospital será sempre, para nós, sinónimo de acolhimento, bem receber e amizade. Obrigado à Cristina pela simpatia e disponibilidade e um obrigado muito, muito especial à sua mãe, a D. Joaquina, que nos recebe como se fossemos da família. Até breve!

BABhouse Casa do Avô Pedoucas is just incredible. The views are truly spectacular and the house has been modernised sympathetically and ingenuously so that all the charm of the old house is retained. We went on beautiful walks recommended by Leonor. The whole area is stunning and very peaceful. We had great weather so the secluded swimming pool was very welcome. We would love to return.

O espaço é bastante acolhedor e óptimo para descansar no campo. Não houve nada a apontar e a comunicação com a anfitriã foi sempre impecável. Recomendo vivamente.

Localización muy buena, cerca de las rutas principales del Parque Nacional. Nos atendió la hija de Manuela, y un trato de 10: nos ayudó a localizar la casa y atendió los problemas que nos surgían durante los días que estuvimos en la casa o las cosas que fuimos necesitando. 100% recomendando para un finde de desconectar!

What an incredibly beautiful apartment in a totally renovated historic house. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The view from the apartment and the large terrace over the Douro and Tâmega rivers is stunning, even in the rain. We loved watching the boats pass by or dock right next to the marina. Thank you very much, dear Lawreen, for your hospitality. You spoiled us with wine, fruit and a breakfast basket. We were given lots of information about the surrounding area, ideas for activities and tips for restaurants. You lent us books on the history of the Douro Valley. We loved staying here. The house was clean and had a great garden. The kids loved it. It was very walkable to the town/port. Amaparo and her husband were so welcoming. They even helped us make a reservation for lunch when we arrived and everything was closing. They sorted it all for us, which was so lovely as we were all very hungry. We would stay here again and would recommend this house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very lovely flat with nice ocean view. The hosts are welcoming and the communication is on point. We'll gladly come back when we visit north Portugal again.

Desde a simpatia na recepção até a ter-nos feito sentir sempre em casa, o anfitrião foi impecável. Este alojamento tem tudo o que é necessário para uma família grande poder aproveitar ao máximo, com espaços amplos e grande conforto. A mesa de bilhar fez a delícia dos graúdos, os brinquedos fizeram a delícia dos miúdos :)

El lugar es hermoso y muy tranquilo. Puedes pasear por la playa, hacer caminatas, o coger un colectivo e ir a Pontevedra. La familia de Lucía nos recibió muy amablemente y nos brindaron todo lo que precisamos. Es muy recomendable.

We were staying in Maria’s house while visited Porto. The house overcame our expectations and we were so amazed and excited so we can refer this place for a perfect vacation for everyone, who loves ocean and walking on beaches. The place is close to airport and it’s convenient for the last day stay before a flight home. So we really recommend it!

We loved our stay in Cris' house - it was a perfect spot for a family of 4 for 2 weeks. It was fabulous to have the outdoor space to relax in - which seemed to catch the sun at all times of the day. Due to being on the corner there was a little bit of road noise when sitting outside but that was to be expected and it was a small price to pay for an otherwise great location, being easy walking distance to the port in one direction and Ladeira beach the other. Plus the added bonus of having a shop just round the corner. Cris was a fantastic host, very responsive and she checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. We hope to be back one day!

La casetta di Irma si trova in un angolo di paradiso, tra scogliere scoscese, spiagge nascoste e onde che lasciano senza fiato. Si può visitare facilmente la zona e raggiungere in pochi minuti i borghi vicini e le passeggiate lungo la costa. La casa è molto grande e comoda. Noi eravamo in due, ma anche per famiglie è perfetta! Ha tutto, abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della lavatrice che ci ha permesso di ripartire con gli abiti puliti per il nostro viaggio nelle Asturie! Ottimo anche il parcheggio dentro il cancello e la discesa verso il porticciolo! Irma è stata gentilissima e carinissima! Grazie per tutto!
