Holiday rentals with a patio in Mincio

Absolutely loved the place! It’s a hidden gem right in the city. The place may seem small, but everything is very well thought out, modern, and super well-equipped. One surprise after another! And guess what? There’s a large outdoor area. It’s clear that the owner really wants visitors to enjoy the place, and he’s done an amazing job.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Verona! Die Wohnung war super sauber und es gab keinerlei Mängel. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von den durchdachten Details – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Gebäude, das vor knapp drei Jahren gebaut wurde – es ist also ziemlich neu. Eine großer, überdachter Balkon, der auch wirklich groß war, war ein weiteres Highlight. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche draußen aufhängen, auch wenn es geregnet hat. Die große, komfortable Garage war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Der Zugang zum Gebäude mit dem Auto war super einfach, und mit dem Aufzug konnte man bequem hoch fahren. Unsere Gastgeberin Anna war jederzeit für uns da und immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir bedanken uns herzlich Anna! Wir können dieses Apartment nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Casa stupenda circondata da un paesaggio fantastico fuori dal caos delle città . Un luogo dove rilassarsi . Michele e la sua mamma sono persone davvero gentili e accoglienti, sempre pronte ad ogni esigenza .

It was a quiet and peaceful stay. All the information given was correct. Mr. Federico was very helpful and responded to all our messages quickly. We had no problems with check-in and check-out. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. All the electronic devices worked without any problems. I recommend it to friends who want to vacation in this area.

Marco's apartment has the perfect location - it's walkable to everything in the old town (you can literally see the baptistery right when you come out of the building) and Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. The apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable, with great air conditioining which we really appreciated given the summer heat. The wifi worked great too and the kitchen allowed us to do simple things like wash fruits etc. The bed was very comfortable too, and I even used the terrace to dry some laundry. All in all, we said to each other that we could see ourselves staying here for much longer, would totally recommend to everyone looking for a cosy place to stay in Parma! Extra thanks to Marco for helping us call a taxi before we left, and for proactively reaching out to say he was there if we needed anything!

Nous avons adorer ce logement et les propriétaires. Elisabeth était adorable et a été super accueillante et arrangeante. Le logement est très agréable, très propre est très lumineux. Les extérieurs sont vraiment magnifiques, le jardin a l’arrière de la maison est sublime avec des transats et tables à disposition aux pieds des vignes pour un petit moment suspendu (petit dej. & apéro au soleil). Vraiment je recommande fortement ce logement pour les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir le lac de Garde et Vérone tout en étant au calme.

Die Unterkunft war klasse und jeden Cent wert. Allein der 25 Meter Pool ist klasse, um nach einem Sightseeing-Tag noch einmal zu entspannen. Auch die Klimaanlage war Gold wert, denn es war sehr heiß. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als ruhig, abends waren die Fenster zu und man hat nichts gehört. Man ist schnell von der Wohnung aus in der Altstadt, schnell am Bahnhof und schnell am Fähranleger. Diletta ist großartig, war schnell zu erreichen und unfassbar hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen.

This has been our favourite airbnb stay ever! The room was so amazing and modern with everything we could possibly need. From the lights that change, round bed, bathroom set up and hidden cupboards we were so amazed at everything this accommodation had to offer. The gardens were so private and relaxing and although we did not get the weather to enjoy it fully we loved sitting out when the rain stopped. Pia is an amazing host with great communication and we strongly recommend this stay. Desenzano is a beautiful quiet town with good access to the ferry for adventures and the train for trips to Verona and Milan. We could ask for nothing more from this amazing accommodation and destination!!!

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

Antonio und seine Frau haben uns in ihrem wundervollen Haus sehr herzlich empfangen! Das Haus selbst ist unglaublich: toller Pool, tolle Ausstattung und wir haben frische Sachen aus dem Garten bekommen. Der Pool ist ein wirkliches Highlight, er ist sauber und toll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Fenster sind sehr dick und dicht und alles an diesem Haus ist absolut hochwertig. Ein Highlight ist auch der Grill, wo wir toll gesessen haben. Antonio hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zum Essen gehen versorgt, die alle perfekt waren. Es war das beste AirBnB, in dem ich jemals war. Mit Abstand! Es ist besser als auf den Bildern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben sfruttato, pulito e ordinato; tutto perfettamente funzionante.

La casa es muy bonita. Igual o mejor a cómo se vé en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario. nos encantó.

Allereerst: een betere host dan Roberto kun je bij Airbnb niet tegenkomen. Zeer behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar, geeft een uitstekende uitleg over de ins- en outs van het huis en is in zijn gastvrijheid excellent. Hij ontving ons onderaan de berg om ons naar het huis te begeleiden. Er was een uitgebreid assortiment aan ontbijt spullen, koekjes ect. We mochten gebruik maken van kruiden en fruit uit de tuin. Bovendien verraste hij ons op een avond met heerlijke pizza. Het huis en de tuin zijn echt perfect. Authentiek, romantisch, goed uitgerust en qua design heel stijlvol. Meerdere terrassen en ‘‘s avonds een romantisch verlichtte tuin. En een magnifiek uitzicht! Het is wel een uitdaging om bij het het huis te komen. Stijle smalle bergweg. Maar als je dan ‘heel’ bent aangekomen wacht je een geweldige verassing. Samengevat: we hebben genoten en we missen Roberto’s plekje nu al!

We hebben een geweldig leuke vakantie gehad. Het appartement is keurig netjes en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Een prettige ruimte om bij te komen na de mooie uitstapjes in de buurt. Complimenten voor Nicolette ze is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en gaf ons zoveel goeie tips over de regio Verona dat we nog eens terug moeten komen. En daar kijken we nu al naar uit!

nice apartment. with one closed bedroom having double bed and one single bed . a living room with complete kitchen. dishwasher and oven . a second open bedroom in the top floor with a single bed and study disk. and one bathroom with shower . the view from the big balcony is very nice of the lake and mountains . its recommended for 5 people maximum . we were 7 but we managed the one nigh stay utilizing the extra mattress available in the living room and top bedroom . clean and well equipped . the host is very supportive and fast responsive .

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

Laura and Christiano were absolutely fantastic hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Their place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into the small touches—from the cozy linens to the local tips they shared. The location was also perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was their warmth and hospitality. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Marisa ist eine wundervoll aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die von sich aus den Kontakt aufrechterhält und in allen Fragen ihren Rat und ihre Unterstützung anbietet, in bestem deutsch übrigens. Die Wohnung ist sehr harmonisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage, auf leise gestellt, sehr angenehm. Den Freisitz in dem ruhigen Gässchen haben wir gerne genutzt und auch die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegenen Bars, Läden, Bäckereien und die Eisdiele. Wer aus dem Trubel am Gardasees „heimkommt“, trifft auf bekannte Gesichter und fühlt sich bald als Teil des Dorfes. Danke Marisa, für die wunderschöne Ferienwoche bei Dir.

Rahatlıkla 5 kişi konaklayabilir. Ev temiz düzenli idi. Mutfak malzemeleri bir çok yemeği yapmak için yeterli idi. Ev arena di Verona ya yürüyerek 15 dk , 1,3 km. Ancak yürürken geçtiğiniz güzergah zaten gezilecekler listesinde olduğu için keyifli bir yürüyüş oluyor . Herşey makul yeterliydi.

Wir waren eine Woche da, war alles super wie auf den Fotos, aber wie auch beschrieben ohne Auto geht da nichts, außer man ist Radsportler. 😅 sehr ruhig, man hört aber die Gastgeber ein bisschen tagsüber wenn sie zuhause sind aber sonst ist komplett ruhig.
