L'appartamento è super, ben isolato, spazioso, con aria condizionata ben funzionante che rinfresca ottimamente nei giorni caldi e umidi. Due bagni che sono sempre utili, letti comodi, tutto ben attrezzato. La chicca è il piano sotto in cui c'è un biliardo, grande TV, giochi di società e spazio per rilassarsi. Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte, meritava maggior uso! Lorenzo è sempre reattivo, molto disponibile e proattivo. Ci ha dato consigli sia direttamente via messaggio, sia ha preparato un manuale per la casa con le istruzioni per usarla al massimo comfort, ma anche con i consigli sui dintorni, dai ristoranti ai bar. In definitiva, super appartamento e super host. Non rimarrete delusi!

Très chouette séjour en famille à Mantova dans cet appartement très confortable, calme dans une maison traditionnelle au cœur du quartier historique : nous avons été très bien accueillis merci à vous :)

Perfect location! Away from the noise but so close to the main areas. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had all the necessary amenities. Checking in and out was super easy although good to note that you need mobile data to check in unless there is another way without data. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Bus stop was a short walk too.

Una casa veramente curata, con tutte le accortezze che qualsiasi viaggiatore ricerca. Collocata in centro a Villafranca di Verona, è in ottima posizione sia per visitare il lago di Garda che i paesi vicini (Custoza, Valeggio S/M, ecc). Stile originale, dotato di tutti i comfort. Renzo e Sara sono stati sin da subito molto gentili e disponibili, illustrandoci tutte le attrazioni della zona circostante e sapendo soddisfare molto bene le nostre richieste. Assolutamente raccomandato!

This is a lovely little loft apartment, quiet in a good location, ideal for a short stay in Mantova. We appreciated the neat touches, like a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, some beers in fridge and crackers available, bathroom outfitted well.

Sono stata a Chievo per un corso, ho alloggiato in questo appartamentino molto grazioso e con tutto il necessario per qualche giorno fuori casa. Punti di forza l’aria condizionata e il parcheggio interno! L’host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Wohnung ist geräumig, schöner als auf den Fotos und sauber. Das Zimmer und Bad sind mit einer Tür von der restlichen Wohnung abgetrennt, sodass man seine Privatsphäre hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb, aber mit einem Spaziergang oder dem Bus, der vor der Tür abfährt, ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Auch der Bus zum Gardersee fährt beispielsweise von der Nähe der Wohnung. Nicola ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Per la nostra piccola fuga da Milano abbiamo scelto l'appartamento di Davide, siamo arrivati in auto, abbiamo apprezzato subito i parcheggi gratuiti in strada appena fuori l' appartamento, ma anche se non fossero stati disponibili, come da annuncio, c'era un posto auto a nostra disposizione. Le istruzioni per il check in erano semplici e chiare, appena entrati in casa abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e l'ordine, e le varie forniture, che ci hanno permesso di non comprare nulla di più, per i pochi giorni che saremmo rimasti, e non è scontato. Il Letto molto comodo, lenzuola pulite e asciugamani top ✨️ il divano anche è veramente comodo. La zona si presenta tranquilla e silenziosa, abbiamo dormito come dei ghiri con le finestre aperte grazie anche alle zanzariere. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ringraziamo tanto Davide per averci fornito tutte le info anche per i dintorni, che abbiamo seguito con piacere, soprattutto per il parcheggio vicino al centro. Torneremo presto 🙏

We had a great stay with Silvia. It was easy to find free parking, she let us borrow bikes and it was close to the lake for a nice walk or swim. A lovely area and great host!

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

In centro a Parma , appartamento delizioso situato all’ultimo piano in zona centrale. Dotato di tutti i comfort e con ampio spazio, comodo per coppie e gruppo di amici. Consigliato, gli host sono persone super proattive e sempre disponibili.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Balkon mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht! Auch der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies: liebevoll gestaltet und mit einem erfrischenden Pool. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich & aufmerksam. Zur Begrüßung standen Prosecco & eine Antipasti-Platte bereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen! Und jeden Morgen bekamen wir frische Brötchen gebracht – sonntags sogar mit selbstgemachtem Tiramisu & Croissants. Das Dorf selbst ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Es ist wunderbar ruhig & authentisch, fernab vom Trubel der touristischen Orte am Gardasee. Und trotzdem muss man auf nichts verzichten: einige sehr gute Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer auf der Suche nach einem besonderen, echten & erholsamen Ort ist, wird hier fündig!

Non ci si potrebbe aspettare un'accoglienza migliore di come Luigi e Joanna ci hanno accolti nel loro appartamento ,da subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, apprezzando anche la buona bottiglia di bianco che ci è stata offerta, veramente molto disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta, graditissima anche la grigliata a l'occasione di una festa in famiglia,l,appartamento circondato tra prati verdi ulivi e fiori intrattenuto nei minimi dettagli molto curato, breve ci si sente come a casa e quasi dispiace andare via...ci siamo sentiti liberi senza restrizioni,e apprezzato ogni qualvolta Luigi e Joanna hanno parlato con noi, abbiamo apprezzato la conoscenza anche del loro figlio Davide sedicenne molto aperto educato e simpatico, consiglio chiunque abbia voglia di passare delle vacanze in un posto tranquillo e comunque vicino da tanti posti bellissimi è l'ideale sicuramente a l'occasione si ritornerà in questo bellissimo appartamento dove si è anche creata una bella amicizia grazie Luigi e Joanna

Diana fue una excelente anfitriona, tuvo muchas cortesías para con nosotros que agradecemos. su departamento es cómodo, tal cual se describe, muy agradable para pasar lindos días en el Lago. no pudimos aprovechar todo lo que había para hacer, sin duda nos quedaríamos más días ya que más allá de la unidad Desenza o es hermosa, desde el depto de Diana se puede ir fácilmente en Bici a la ciudad y si se animan hasta Sirmione, no aprovechamos el mm parque ni la pileta pero se veían muy bien. volvería a elegir este alojamiento.

Wir waren eine Woche da und sind super zufrieden! Die Aussicht vom Balkon und Pool ist wahnsinnig schön! Camilla ist super lieb und war auch bei Rückfragen direkt erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Von der Lage her sind Torri, Garda, Bardolino und Verona sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen und alles empfehlenswerte Orte mit sehr guten Restaurants! Als Hinweis: die letzte Straße zur Unterkunft (ca. 1km) ist eher für ein statt für zwei Autos ausgelegt, daher hier bitte Vorsichtig fahren, falls Autos entgegenkommen muss man manchmal rückwärts zur nächsten passenden Stelle fahren.. auf der Straße sind dann Pfeile und Schilder (mit Bild) von der Unterkunft abgebracht, sodass man eigentlich sehen müsste wann man rechts abbiegen muss. Wir sind allerdings bei der Anreise auch erstmal vorbei gefahren, weil die Adresse im Inserat irreführend ist.. also Augen offen wegen den Pfeilen - dann ist es theoretisch auch einfach zu finden🙈🥰❣️ wenn man angekommen ist - lohnt es sich💓

die wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und die vermieterin super organisiert, es dauerte nur ein bisschen lange bis wir eine antwort bekamen wegen dem WLAN. das WLAN hat öfters nicht funktioniert aber für uns war es nicht schlimm. das einzige ist es geht mindestens eine ganze minute bis lauwarmes wasser kommt. aber die einrichtung, hygiene, aussicht und pool waren einfach perfekt vielen Dank. wir würden es auf jeden fall wieder buchen.

appartamento bello, pulito che purtroppo non è mai scontato, a poche passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Luisa una persona alla mano che ci ha spiegato tutto con precisione. Da tornarci.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert: großzügige Wohnung, toll ausgestattet und vorbildlich sauber. Wunderschön gelegen in den ruhigen Weinbergen, strategisch günstig für viele Ziele in der Umgebung. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Det har været et fint ophold hos Giorgia. Dejlig lejlighed med skøn udsigt og super at have mulighed for en svømmetur i poolen. Kan varmt anbefale andre at booke et ophold her. Mvh. Anette

Schöne Unterkunft, die die Aspekte eines Hotels mit denen einer Ferienwohnung verbindet. Sehr sauber. Der Gardasee ist schnell zu erreichen.
