Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Minami Ward

We stayed 6 nights with our family of 5 and would absolutely return. The house itself was exactly as described. it was a wonderful space for relaxing, cooking, reading (so many kids books!!), and enjoying the beauty of the area. Elise in particular is among the best hosts we've met. She welcomed us with some local goodies, gave excellent recommendations, and even went so far as to bring diapers when we ran out and could not find any at the stores we checked. Thanks again for everything!

Booked this place for a 4 night stay with my family. Upon entering the house, we were greeted by a very spacious and clean place. Everything we needed were provided. It’s perfect 🤩 will book again when we visit Sapporo at another time. Easy to find also even for the uber ride and eats and taxi services that we used.

Great place to stay, clean and has everything you need.

5 people stayed 2 nights. They were very kind and accommodating, and we had a pleasant time. The facilities, etc. were clean and well-equipped, and I did not feel any inconvenience. It was a relaxing space, as if I were at home, so I was able to relax and heal my fatigue after going out. There is also a convenience store nearby, and it is convenient to be within walking distance for anything.

My family of 12 had a wonderous stay recently for its cleanliness, spaciousness , convenient location with some good eateries nearby. Will highly recommend this place to people who are looking for a stay at Sapporo as its also quite near to a few attractions e.g. Shiroi Koibito Park, Hokkaido Shrine (self-drive), and the hosts are very responsive in answering all our queries too 👍👍

The host of the accommodation was very friendly. The accommodation was so clean and spacious that it was too bad to stay alone. It was nice that the surroundings were all secluded and quiet as it was a residential area. The best part was that the access process was uncomplicated and guests were able to move when they wanted to. If I come to Oasa next time, I would definitely use it again. We had a really good stay.

Quiet surroundings, spacious, close proximity to the train station - making it convenience to the main attractions and to the airport. The host is responsive and even added a warm welcome note - handwritten on a chalkboard, greatly appreciate the wonderful gesture. Thank you

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The instructions were clearly communicated and it looks as advertised. The parking worked well and going to Susukino is doable in 10-15 minutes on foot. If you‘ve stayed in Japanese apartments before everything should be clear and otherwise there are instructions for everything. The shower water temperature sometimes went cold suddenly while it was on but turning it off and on again helped so it didn’t bother me really. I‘d definitely want to stay again when coming back in the future.

I had a comfortable stay with warm, kind, and polite service. There are also attractive shops nearby, and I would like to visit them.My husband, friends, and dog all liked it and relaxed, and I'm really glad I chose ezora. The owner and the owner's dog were lovely.

They don't get any better than this! Beautifully furnished one bedroom flat with high end appliances/furniture. I was worried about noise, being on the 4th floor and close to Susukino, but the building and neighbors were nice and quiet. Gourmet teas and coffee and the most comfortable bed in 3 months on the road in Japan. Cooking setup also great. Just a couple blocks away from the beautiful Nakajimakoen park & subway entrance. I had a little trouble finding the place... there are 2 apartment towers with the same name on either end of a large building... but follow the instructions closely and you should be fine. Host was warm and very kind, though we only communicated via email.

Location is fantastic, within walking distance of Odori Park, Susukino, many, many restaurants and bars. Yet the location was quiet and private, didn’t hear any street noise. Very safe; requires electronic key for access to the building and the key will only allow access to the unit’s floor. 7-Eleven across the street. The building is very new and spotlessly clean, as was our unit. We would happily stay here again. The bath and toilet were great—modern and clean. Having a washing machine was very helpful, and the bath/shower area can be used as a dryer. The only downside is size. It’s fine for a couple, but opening up the sofa-bed (which was very comfortable) eliminates much of the open space in the living room. The bedroom was very comfortable but with very little space between the beds and the wall—about 1/2 meter.

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

The location was great! We almost exclusively traveled on foot. In 15 minutes we were at the tower. Our day ticket for the subway wasn't worth it. The accommodation was spacious, we had our own kitchen and washing machine, that was great! The bed was also very cozy. It would be nice if you could open the window, but unfortunately that is not possible.

Nice apartment, short walk to the city. The place is exactly what you see in the pics. Haru was very helpful and responsive. We’d love to stay here again if we visit Sapporo.

There were two of us in Chen's place and we enjoyed it very much. Only the nights were a bit noisy but you have to expect that when you vacation in susukino.

The room was actually bigger than I expected. Everything is super clean and the room was very nice. It was facing the ocean and I bet it would’ve looked even better during the winter. I also really appreciated having a bath that’s also facing that view.

Best location or price

I let them both use it. It is one stop to Otaru Station, and the Rotao Honten and Music Box Museum are within walking distance, making it easy to sightsee. There is a Seicomart on the way from the station, which is convenient. The room was tidy and clean, but the lighting in the room seemed dark. The amenities are perfectly stocked, and I think it is very convenient to have a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

I liked that the bedding was clean, the location was close to the main street, and I liked that I could see the canal from the veranda, and the host was kind.

We had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is modern, clean and conveniently located.

We loved Yumi’s place. Two things stood out. First, the home itself was very nice. It is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The beds are comfortable. The bath area has a very nice bathtub. And the dining room has a welcoming, rustic table. The space is decorated very well, but is not cluttered. Second, the location is excellent. It is very close to a subway station. And it has both a Lawsons and a Seven-Eleven nearby. It is also right next to a large, beautiful park. We were lucky enough to book Yumi’s place during the Sapporo festival in the park and had fun checking it out. Being an unfamiliar with Japanese and Sapporo, I found the paid parking lots to be confusing, but eventually figured it out. Also the security door to the elevator was confusing. Yumi explains what to do during check-in, but I still had some trouble. Despite these initial setbacks, we had a great time and I would choose Yumi’s place again the next time we are in Sapporo.

CP is 200%, enjoy it very much, more thoughtful design than many hotels, and I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing vacation!
