We stayed at Anne's place for a week on a climbing trip. The house is beautiful and gardens were absolutely huge! We were left wanting for nothing as the house was fully equipped including everything you need to cook up a feast. All the shops in the town are in walking distance and the place always has a bustle about it. We will definitely be staying again!

Comfortable house, spacious, tastefully decorated, not overlooked, very quiet, well suited for children. Large and beautiful landscaped and wooded garden. Very pleasant heated pool. For amateurs an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven. Séverine and Jérôme, although remotely, have always been attentive, attentive to our questions, effective and very kind. A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

We had a great stay in this very clean and tastefully decorated house. The small attentions on our arrival are reminiscent of hotel service, and everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The space is generous, the setting is quiet and not overlooked, which allows you to fully enjoy the place in peace. The service is worthy of a hotel. Kamelia and Max are accommodating. Jessica and her children's home was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, an ex-tra-or-di-na-ry playroom). Adults also around the spacious terrace, the cozy living room and the quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very thoughtful and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

Jean Yves and Sandrine were very responsive and welcomed us perfectly when we had a car breakdown on the way and therefore had to delay our arrival. The breakfast offered is hearty and we enjoyed the fresh bread in the morning. The spacious and well-equipped accommodation is a very good surprise. A little note for Lol, a very playful and friendly dog participates in the excellent quality of the welcome. We recommend it and will be happy to come back if we have a chance.

A great weekend for a successful bachelorette party! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped, with a beautiful pool. The host was really welcoming and warm, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you for everything, we leave with wonderful memories. We recommend it without a second thought!

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Each had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

This is the perfect place for a 2-4 people trip to enjoy the beautiful fontainebleau forest. The host is very friendly, the location very good, quiet and nice. The home has all you need to live easy and also has a nice little garden, porch and bbq.

We really enjoyed our time at the place. The house is very great and those who know Fontainebleau know that there is nothing to complain about in the area. A huge selection of restaurants and all kinds of sporting and cultural activities are available nearby.

This was a lovely home to stay at. The property is nice and private, and has a lot in the way of entertainment. For any climbers, there are many crags within a 10-30 minute walk with some solid bouldering. The two crash pads are a nice touch, meaning we didn’t have to worry about renting or bringing our own. There are four bikes, two of which are adult sized and the other two which are a bit smaller. We had to ask for a tire-pump as the tires were a bit deflated, but they came and dropped it off next day no problem. The grocery store nearby is quite small and has essentials but doesn’t have a ton else, so be mindful of that. Overall, a really easy and pleasant experience! Thanks Aurelie!

Great find. There's a pizza place around the corner, a nice yard (w/ friendly but curious chickens) and the place is so clean you'd think it's brand new.

Very nice cottage well located in a quiet village. The owner responds very quickly to requests. The property is really well equipped. I would recommend it 100%.

We stayed 4 nights at Julien's house and it was perfect for our needs. We could combine nature hikes with historical Chateaux all from one place and Barbizon itself is a charming location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

This is a studio that offers all the qualities of a great cottage. The first impression, that of finally arriving home on a sunny terrace where you can have a coffee in the morning when you get up, is a pleasure in finding yourself in peace after a good night's sleep that a large bed, in which you will lose your other half, will have offered you. Fontainebleau, Barbizon are only a few minutes' drive away... enough to get out for long hours to visit the castle, get lost in the forest... it is when returning from all these activities, tired, that the comfort of the studio will make sense. A good hot shower from which the water seems to flow from the sky (rain shower head) and finally this large bed... In short, spending the weekend here is sure to delight you. We spent 48 hours there at the top without ever being bothered by anything. Alex and Quentin will welcome you as they should. An atmosphere, an ambiance that can only be found at home. Do you need a cottage in the area? So you have it.

Amazing stay. The location was amazing, being max 20 minutes away from any crag you wanted to drive to, super close to town, and generally gorgeous. Anne was an amazing host, if anything went wrong or there was an issue she would respond immediately, and usually be there within the hour to help resolve the issue. If you’re a bigger group looking for a place to stay for a Fontainebleau climbing trip, this place is the one.
