Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mikkeli

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

Erittäin rauhallinen ja siisti, hyvin nukutti töiden jälkeen.

Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen paikka. Mökki oli vanha mutta erittäin siistissä kunnossa, ei homeen/kosteuden hajua, hyvälaatuinen hanavesi, siistit sängyt ja remontoitu suihku/sauna. Juuri sellainen kotoisa mummolla jota kuvauksen perusteella voi odottaa :) Käytössä oli myös rantasauna. Lehmiin pääsi tutustumaan ja pihapiirissä pyöri myös kissoja. Kommunikaatio majoittajan kanssa oli erittäin sujuvaa ja ystävällistä, ja kaiken kaikkiaan nautimme ajastamme täällä majoittuessamme.

Very nice place to stay! We stayed 3 nights and we loved it! Perfect for some relax with a lot of walkable routes, the sauna in the house and right on the lake. The only problem we had was with the wifi, who wasn’t really working. We can definitely recommend this place :)

Ein wahrer Traum ! Alles vor Ort und Satu so eine herzliche Gastgeberin …. Natur und Erholung pur , auch wenn abgeschieden hat man alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr : Motorboot , Ruderboot, Kajak, Sauna, schwimmen, dart spielen …. Es wird nicht langweilig …. Wir hätten locker 2 Wochen dort verbringen können …. Ausflüge nach Anttola oder mikkeli sind auch toll…. Ich hoffe wir kommen wiedermal …. Können es nur wärmstens empfehlen . Danke Satu für die tollen vier Tage in deinem Haus ♥️

We had a really nice and peaceful stay at Kati’s place. It is an outstanding location with just the perfect spots for enjoying the nature. Three nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and atmosphere for resting. The perfect cabin for a relaxing few days vacation. The sauna was nice and the pier was good for sunbathing. Thank you so much, will definitely come back 🩷

Un séjour magnifique partagé dans le cottage de Franck. La vue sur le lac est superbe et le sauna ainsi que le chalet lapon permettent une parfaite immersion finlandaise. Le cottage est très agréable et confortable. Ce séjour nous a donné envie de revenir en été !

Wir waren für 1/2 Woche in der Hütte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Die Fotos und sonstigen Infos beschreiben die Hütte gut. Das Grundstück liegt etwa 6 km vom Ortszentrum Kangasniemi und entfernt. Direkt von der Hütte aus kann man eine von der Touristinfo (dort gibt es den Plan) empfohlene und markierte Waldweg-Fahrradroute erreichen, einen Naturlehrpfad zum Wandern findet man etwa 2-3 km südlich vom Ortszentrum. Für Tanzfans ist der Tanzboden "Syvälahti" ein lohnendes Ziel an den Wochenend-Abenden. Hilfreich waren die Anleitungen und Hinweise in einer Mappe in der Hütte.

Awesome place and great host. We had some problems with the electricity, but Teemu handled it quite fast - during the Christmas days.

La casa era esattamente ciò che stavamo cercando: uno chalet in mezzo al bosco, a pieno contatto con la natura, perfetto per ammirare la zona dei laghi. Eravamo proprio su un lago praticamente tutto per noi, abbiamo fatto anche un bel giro in lago con la barchetta a remi (c’era anche il motore ma non l’abbiamo usato) e la sauna tutta per noi! Stupendo!!! La sera mangiare all’aperto nel silenzio è stato meraviglioso. Quando rientravamo in casa accendevamo il camino, bellissimo I bambini hanno apprezzato in particolare le freccette e il molo sul lago. La casa aveva tutte le comodità, anche se il bagno era esterno e biologico: un buco con un secchio sotto, in cui bisognava buttare del concime tra una volta e l’altra, ma era tutto segnalato ed è stato anche divertente! L’unico neo è stata la pulizia, perché la casa non era pulitissima, ma così in mezzo al bosco potevamo tranquillamente sopportare: abbiamo pulito un pochino noi e ci siamo adattati. In generale la consiglio tantissimo!!

Het huisje bevindt zich op een prachtige locatie. Wat je op de foto’s ziet dat krijg je ook. Het is ook ideaal voor reizigers met een hond, want er is veel ruimte en weinig tot geen verkeer. Tijdens ons verblijf zaten er regelmatig drie kraanvogels in de ‘achtertuin’. Kortom een echte aanrader voor mensen die van rust, ruimte en natuur houden.

Mignon chalet dans un cadre idéal. Je craignais le froid à la fin octobre mais les chauffages électriques ont très bien fonctionné ! Canapé lit confortable, juste les toilettes dehors à cette période de l’année ne sont pas forcément pratiques, mais la vue sur le laque efface tout le reste !

Valoisa yksiö rauhallisen kerrostalon ylimmässä kerroksessa. Lyhyt kävelymatka uimarantaan ja keskustan liikkeisiin. Varustelu sopii vaikka pitempäänkin majoitukseen.

The house was amazing, all clean and very comfortable. The view of the lake at the sunset is speechless and the hot tub was spectacular

Thanks Hannu for being a good host. Clean and spacious, nice location next to lake also in winter, suitable for our 5 person family and wee dog!

Paikka vastasi odotuksia ja oli siisti. yhteydenpito oli vuokraajan kanssa mutkatonta ja selkeää. Helppo suositella!

Siisti ja toimiva huoneisto keskustassa. Plussaa on parkkipaikka sisäpihalla ja selkeät sisäänkirjautumisohjeet. Kaikki sujui hyvin👍

Mökki sijaitsi upealla paikalla omassa rauhassa! Täällä olisi mielellään viihtynyt pidempäänkin. Saunasta sai hyvät löylyt ja mökissä oli juuri sopivasti tilaa. Myös koira viihtyi vapaudesta ja matalasta rannasta, jossa pystyi kahlaamaan. Ehdoton suositus!

Asunto oli erittäin siisti, kodikas ja rauhallinen. Kauniisti sisustettu. Myös asunnon sijainti oli hyvä. Lyhyt matka joka paikkaan. Kommunikointi Heikin kanssa erittäin sujuvaa.

We had a lovely stay at Mirkas lake cottage. The cottage was comfy and cute, and the small island was just big enough for us. Everythig was just as described and Mirka provided very helpful advices before and during our days. We enjoyed candlelight-evenings, silence and of course sauna ❤ and saw the most beautiful nightsky with numerous stars, away from city lights.

Majoitus oli siisti, persoonallinen ja kaikin puolin toimiva. Mukava ympäristö lomailla koirien kanssa !
