This was a great location for our visit to Ghibli Park. The host’s instructions were very clear with helpful pictures as the location would be hard to identify without the pictures. The host immediately responded when I had questions about the AC unit and washing machine. The place was clean and well organized and in a great neighborhood- we got breakfast fr the French bakery at the station and 7-eleven was right behind the place. Super convenient!

It was a clean and nice accommodation.Check-in is easy to understand, and check-out is also easy.It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so I was able to rest well at night.If there was something the host didn't understand, he responded immediately with a message, and he also handled the extension process.Thank you very much.

The room is fully equipped, so it is very convenient to do laundry and cook.The location is not far from the subway station, which is more convenient.Hosts are more responsive.But since we were checking in at night, it took a long time to find the place.

Clean and well-equipped apartment in a quiet yet central location. Large bed, small balcony with laundry rod - very practical for drying (washing machine available)! Flexible check-in was no problem, host very accommodating, thank you! Train station and car rental (Toyota) within walking distance - very convenient for us, as we rented a car for 1 day to go to Magome and Tsumago. We felt very comfortable.

I was staying with my child, but it was the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in!It was a clean room, and the furniture and lighting were tasteful, so I was able to relax. I was particularly impressed by the king-size low bed.It was spacious enough to turn over, and I felt comfortable sleeping with my small child. I was really grateful that there were so many facilities for children, including high chairs, children's dishes, picture books, toys, and even baby soap.Thanks to Funeko's thoughtful attention, I was able to have a comfortable trip with my child and a lot of luggage. This is a great place to stay for families with children and group travelers!

Wonderful host! For travellers with kids, there are some toys available to keep them entertained. There is a washer and dryer which helps a lot! Though some may feel it’s quite a distance to walk to Nagoya station, Taiko-dori station is just a short distance away and 1 stop away from Nagoya. So don’t let this deter you from booking this place.

The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing. It’s just a short walk from the station, though carrying large luggage might be a bit of a hassle since you’ll need to climb a narrow staircase. While it's only a 10 minute train ride from Nagoya Station, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to go back and forth to the city frequently, train fares can add up quickly. The place is perfect for those looking for a more laid back and a quiet environment, which I personally enjoyed. As a train enthusiast, I actually loved seeing the trains pass right outside the window, it added a unique charm during my stay. However, light sleepers might want to think twice, as the sound of passing trains could be an issue at night. The apartment was compact, clean, and all appliances were in good working condition. Instructions were clear and understandable. Great for a short, peaceful stay slightly outside the city buzz.

The accommodation is the same as the photos, and the location is easy to find.It's good for self-driving tourists, there's a paid parking lot downstairs,🅿️ and the fee won't be too expensive.The host is kind and responds quickly.

The hotel offers excellent access from Nagoya Station, with the subway just a short walk away. It’s a convenient location for both business and sightseeing. The room was very clean and clearly well-maintained. I especially appreciated the in-room refrigerator and washing machine, which made traveling with kids much easier. I used a private lodging for the first. We had a comfortable stay in a beautiful room as seen in the guide.It was an apartment, so I remembered when I was living alone.This room was definitely more stylish and comfortable.

We needed a place for six people and wanted to see the Wedded Rocks / Meoto Iwa. This for the bill! Hiro-san gave us a weather warning and, sure enough, there was a lot of rain. It was nice to have a warm place to stay after a very wet walk to the rocks. Hiro-san messaged promptly and was very responsive about checkon timing. We didn't have many questions, but I think he would've been great at that, too. FYI that the local restaurants are mostly family owned, so it is nice to call ahead if you can, especially in bad weather. If you need a place for a group stay, this one works well.

It was a good location in the center of Nagoya, and we could go back immediately after playing around.The host was also kind and polite, and thanks to their explanations, I had a comfortable stay.Thank you very much.

I have lost count of how many times I’ve returned to にゃん’s place. When I’m in Nagoya, this is home to me. If it’s your first time, にゃんwill help you through. If you’ve been here before, you’ll discover something new. As much as I love the layout of the space, as much as I love the neighborhood, what I said so many years ago still rings true — the true beauty of staying here is how much the host cares to make your stay in Nagoya comfortable. That said, don’t abuse them. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me over the years. And even if you’re here for just a week, remember you’re here to enjoy your time, and I hope you’ll consider the work they put in to ensure your time is enjoyable.

The subway is close, supermarkets, and convenience stores are nearby. Clean and nice.
