Holiday rentals with breakfast in Midvale

The house was very clean and beautifully charming with a touch of vintage style, which I personally love. I enjoy old houses, and this one felt so peaceful, quiet, and full of warmth. Thank you for letting me stay here—it was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with my friends during the tulip festival.

The house was the perfect spot to stay during our visit in Salt Lake City, our only wish was that we were staying longer! The neighborhood is quiet and it was easy to get around. My favorite was the backyard, especially at night with the lights and hot tub. I loved the character of the house as well! I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back for sure!

The place was cozy, comfortable, clean and comfortable well decorated. Such a nice residential neighborhood with beautiful up-kept homes. So nice how close it was to the ski bus stops that were just 20+ mins to the amazing Brighton Ski resort (highly recommended)!

Place was as described and everything went very smoothly. Will absolutely consider staying here again if the need arises.

Megan made my move to SLC and stay at her place, a lot less stressful than I planned. She is highly communicative, worked with me for checkin and helped get me anything I needed during the stay. I loved the covered parking for winter, and the neighborhood is great- quiet and central to everything. I actually stayed longer than anticipated and Megan made it work. It's a good space for travel or perhaps longer term (like myself).

Great place to rest and relax. Spacious, well organized and maintained. Parking on the driveway is a little tricky but an option to parking on the street. A welcome surprise when we arrived was a selection of snacks. That’s is above and beyond to me for Airbnbs. Well done! One thing that would be helpful is some extra body wash and shampoo. Most places we have stayed provide that amenity. Overall a really great place to stay.

Huge interior space - don’t let the exterior fool you! We had 3 couples here and were never on top of each other, could have housed more comfortably. Very clean and set up thoughtfully. Would absolutely stay again with a group

Great place to stay, especially with dogs! If you’re a neat freak and don’t like animals and the little bit of pet hair that might be around, this may not be the place for you, but it is perfect for families with pets! Our dogs loved the backyard and it was a nice peaceful quiet location. One small thing to mention…if you have a large vehicle, parking might be tight. Maybe bring the smaller cars my full sized pickup was all the driveway could take :)

Great place for our University of Utah college visit weekend that doubled as a ski day up at Park City. We were 5-8 mins to campus depending on where & 45 min to park city, no traffic & clear no snow roads (spring). The basement apartment was very well appointed to suit all our needs with a full kitchen with new appliances & big screen tv to watch March madness final 4!! Will book next time here.

Brigham was a wonderful host. He was responsive and courteous in all our dialogues. Great host and would recommend this to anyone looking to book a trip to Utah.

The place was immaculately clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and the place charming overall. It was exactly what we needed. The host was responsive and had even left additional pantry items for us to use which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful! We absolutely loved the place. There was adequate parking and in a safe and lovely neighborhood. Overall it was perfect for us and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! Thank you for letting us stay there!

We felt right at home in Mary Ellen's place. Everything we needed was there and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. We would stay again. We were there for business at the University and the location was very convenient.

Liz was a very helpful host, her place was beautiful, modern, clean and the local pool and big hot tub and gym added to the fun! Walking distance to the local beach, there are hiking and biking trails nearby. The views are incredible. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good value. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of tea and coffee. The living room was a good place to relax for a movie after a day on our feet. Bed was comfortable and room nice and dark.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—our stay at Monica’s was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from ice packs to keep our ski lunches chilled to a generous selection of breakfast items that made mornings effortless. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the theater room a great bonus, and the entire space was perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. The kitchen was spacious and impressively stocked—it had everything we needed, from a garlic press to storage containers and quality cookware. Monica truly thought of everything! And the rides to Alta? Truly above and beyond. Monica and Danny’s hospitality made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Needed a place to stay near family in Spanish Fork for Thanksgiving. We didn't intend to spend a ton of time there, more or less a place to sleep. Due to a pending snow storm, we needed to leave home to head there a day early and Diana was gracious enough to let us add a day to our booking at the very last minute, she provided access information in an easy to understand way so that when we arrived at 3am, we could immediately go in and sleep. Its a basement apartment, so natural lighting is understandably near non-existent but the space was clean, kitchen was better equipped than I expected (had to do some Thanksgiving cooking), and though they presumably live upstairs in the main house, we rarely heard any noises beyond the occasional footsteps. Water pressure in the shower was a treat, and though I personally slept horribly- my wife and our friend both thought the firm mattresses were great so I can't hold that against the host. Overall, perfect for what we needed.

The world would be a better place if we were all as kind as SLAVA. Her home is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. She is an incredible cook and delights us with fresh prepared breakfast and extras for ski lunches. She even prepared a homemade chicken soup to warm us after a full day of skiing. The blue room has good bedside lighting, the washer/dryer is useful. There is excellent water pressure in the bathroom. SLAVA/Laura readily amended our reservation when we both developed respiratory symptoms and wanted to isolate. They generously, refunded our balance. She is an effervescent senior, lots of energy, and genuinely interested in pleasing her guests. I will think of her flavorful hibiscus tea and cozy blanket throws. SLAVA , you are a #1 hostess. I stayed in room #6 which is in basement. I only stayed 1 night. Everything was as described. Only negative thing I experienced was that if there is noisy guest upstairs? You'll hear alot of thumping. I can't blame the host but the guest that were there could be more respectful when they know others are in the house. I was able to hear their conversations from basement. Maybe insulation could be better or those people were just loud.

This Bed and Breakfast is exactly what you think of when you hear Bed and Breakfast. The home and decor is authentic. The breakfast was lovely and our housekeeper was very nice. We stay for our Anniversary.

i stayed only for a night but i wish i could stay longer. The place is awesome. Pierrot took care of every single detail, great free breakfast, very safe and quiet neighborhood. Definitely i would recommend it. Will probably come back later in summer. Thanks Pierrot for suggestions for sightseeing and nice conversation with you..

We had a great stay at Joe and Helen’s place during Sundance! 2 minute walk to the bus stop that goes to Main St. They had breakfast for us each morning, which was very nice. They’re locals, so have great recommendations. Would stay here again!

Esther made our birthday stay absolutely fantastic. Every little detail is perfectly done, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the whole place is very cozy. Definitely staying here again.

A memorable Airbnb experience! Teresa and Gary were such warm hosts - their kindness, generosity and hospitality is something that was a real highlight of my trip to America. I stayed at Kira’s place during a really hard time for our family. Her and her place were just what I needed. It was so peaceful and she is the sweetest. Her amenities were great and helped me out a lot. I highly recommend her place and her as a host.
