Holiday rentals with a patio in Mid-City, New Orleans

Very nice indeed. It felt very homey and comfortable. I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. When I initially booked the stay I was a day off so I reached out to Walker and he was quick to respond, allowing me to change the dates. I was provided instructions, including front door entry and directions prior to my stay. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Tremé Balcony Nest was quiet, clean, beautifully appointed and a delightful space. It looked out from the private balcony onto the lush, curated gardens which felt like an oasis in the city. Nice linens, well appointed kitchen (though no microwave) and tasteful art and decor throughout. Love the Tremé neighborhood and the location provided easy walkable access to the French Quarter Festival. A most restful and enjoyable place to spend a NOLA vacation.

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

Loved this place. Great location outside of the French Quarter while being a quick Uber ride or bus ride there. The neighborhood has several places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even a short walk to hear live music. The place was just as described and shown online. Modern and cozy. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Monique and Oliver were great hosts! Stayed for a handful of days to explore New Orleans and it was a perfect location. Only about 10-15 minutes from the French Quarter. The room was perfect for our stay. Would certainly stay again!

I loved this space as it was easy to find, super easy to check into, Kaylan was very responsive as well as helpful. The home was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and soft. The front porch and back porch were so nice. The river being right across the street made an awesome view of the bridge. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful with people jogging and walking their dogs along the river. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

Josh's place was perfect for a 5 day vacation for our family - there was plenty of space, extra linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us to be able to rest after long days of exploring the city. Josh was extremely responsive and was able to accommodate our late check-out request. I can't recommend this place enough!

Stephen’s place was extremely nice and felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were super responsive and offered a wide range of amenities. They were super friendly and accommodating, they even helped provide suggestions for activities to do when we were running short of ideas.

Cate’s house is an amazing space! I spent 2 nights there on a mother-daughter trip with my mom, aunt, and cousin. It’s perfectly located in historic Treme, close to an MTA stop and only a 20-25 minute walk to the French quarter. The home is super cozy, and Cate has it thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved grabbing a coffee at Old Road Coffee just across the street before catching the bus to go explore NOMA and New Orleans City Park. We’d all been to New Orleans many times before, but agreed that this was our best experience yet. Definitely recommend staying at Cate’s place when you visit NOLA!

Todd is just a great host. He was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. We stayed at his place for 9 nights and during our stay, we had a little incident (no fault of the host), yet Todd went above and beyond to solve the issue for us and found a solution that worked for us. I would definitely stay in his place again. thank you again for your hospitality!

Our stay at Thomas’s place was great! The apartment was exactly as pictured. Its location was ideal for us to be able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go-from the French Quarter to amazing restaurants. The apartment itself is big and bright. The balcony was great for our morning coffee everyday and for watching the afternoon rain that came through lol! Everything was just perfect for our stay!

Great location! Love the neighborhood and how close it was to city park. Great restaurants nearby too. Great host!! Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in. Loved hanging out on the patio in the evening as well. Private and pretty.

Adam is very responsive and quick to help with any issue or question. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Worked out perfectly for my family. The only issue, which didn’t really bother us, would be the roosters that crow at the crack of dawn although they stop pretty quickly.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer.
