Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. It is central and very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga).Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen die Lage. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos. Frühstück auf Wunsch erhältlich.

Warm, comfortable apartment, with stunning view of the Matterhorn. Full view from the living-room and, of course, from the balcony. Sleeping 3-4 people, our flat enjoys plenty of natural light. Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).
