There was everything and it was a beautiful place, especially the ice detail in the freezer was very beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Nicosia, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – the check-in process was smooth, the apartment was spotless, and every detail had been thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The space itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The living area is cozy yet spacious, the kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals, and the bedroom is a perfect retreat with a comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it great for both work and leisure. The location is unbeatable! Situated in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, it offers easy access to the city. Public transport is nearby, but even walking around the area was a delight. One of the highlights was the host’s hospitality always available, incredibly helpful, and eager to ensure a wonderful stay.

Very nice apartment in the center of Nicosia, which can be visited on foot, with clubs and restaurants nearby. Municipal parking near the property (€0.50 per hour). Kitchenette, wifi, clean bathroom. Bed on the mezzanine, but with good space to stand. Practical self check-in and good communication with the host, who allowed us to check in an hour early. The only flaw is the light that filters through the windows in the morning. Great value for money.

Another excellent stay at Bilgin’s home. We’ll try to stay there every time I need to be in Lefkosia. Very accommodating and accessible and most importantly super clean.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The quality and price is excellent. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean with very good amenities. Lots of food restaurants around and walkable to Ledra street and Salamou Square. I will stay here if I visit Nicosia again.

Although we had to keep him waiting for 3 hours, he provided us with all kinds of support and welcomed us very well. The house was great.

This is an amazing apartment for an unbeatable price given its value! We spent almost a week here with my colleague and we loved it! The flat is clean, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need. However, please keep in mind that there's only one double bed in one of the bedrooms. The other room is fitted with a couch that can be changed into a bed, but its size is rather small and is less comfortable, too. My colleague decided to sleep on the bigger couch in the living room, instead. Also please keep in mind that the electric sockets follow the UK standard, so you might need to bring converters (although there are a couple in the flat, too). The location of the flat was perfect for us, since we were visiting professors at UNIC. However, you should know that the city centre is more than an hour away by foot. Luckily, you can find both shops and restaurants closeby, too. All and all we had a wonderful time here. Dino is a great guy who was always available if we had any questions.

Irene's place was spacious and had a very homely feeling. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living room. Check in was quite straightforward and Irene was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook all three meals & coffee. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Having parking in the back was great since it's not possible to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was packed with restaurants and bars.

Mr. Aras was always helpful by giving quick answers. The house was as described and as it appeared, you can book your place without thinking.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nicosia! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the place had all the necessary facilities for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – super central yet peaceful, with a stunning rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed. Communication was clear and easy, and our host was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with renting a car. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again! :)

The host was definitely very kind and friendly, he took care of the house from our entrance to our exit, everything was as written on the site, it was a central location and walking distance to many areas. It will be a business we will choose again when we come back

This place is a five star accommodation in Nicosia, modern, luminous, and with a rooftop terrace! Well located (near Stavrou street, which has all the restaurants, cafes, and shops you might need), and 10 mins drive from Nicosia city center. While apartment is not centrally located, since you already need a car to move around in Nicosia, this is a great choice (also, there is a secured parking on premise). We were four persons, family with two grown up teens, and we stayed comfortably for a week. Apartment has everything you need for stay, and I mean EVERYTHING: at some point we were betting if we will find some item we needed, and we always lost bet against ourselves :) Having everything you need helps enjoying your stay even more, since you don't need to stress out about little things, such as: coffee capsules, spices, extra pillows and towels, cooking utensils, bathroom essentials, etc. There were even bathrobes and slippers! :) Highly recommended!

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

She guided me exactly how to get to the apartment, what to expect, etc. The apartment was exactly as I expected it to be, and as described. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything!
