Holiday rentals with beach access in Merville-Franceville-Plage

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the center of Ouistreham with a maritime port and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a beautiful discovery and we hope to return!

Philippe is a great host, who is very responsive and very flexible. The apartment is great, right on the seafront and very easy to access with all necessary things provided!

We had a very pleasant stay in Marie Danielle's beautiful apartment facing the sea with direct access to the beach. Very quiet and relaxing place with large terrace and breathtaking sea views. Cozy, clean and bright apartment, very comfortable bedding. Our host is a charming, discreet lady who gives good advice. The location is ideal and close to all amenities. What a disconnect! We can't wait to go back.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

With my husband and our two children, 4 years and 1 year, we had a great stay. The rental is great, really 5 min walk to the sea with a quiet beach, local shops and pharmacy nearby. The accommodation is very good and well-equipped, a nice garden with enough to park your car safely and very nice and pleasant hosts.

it was my mom's turn to discover this little cocoon she spent a wonderful week there, in peace, with a magnificent view from the moment she woke up. the design, decoration and value and composition of the equipment allowed her to feel at home.

Ideal spot for anyone visiting Normandy for the D Day beaches and Museums. Super friendly town people very welcoming and the entertainment laid on for the D Day weekend was top notch. Lion Sur Mer is a super place as is Elsa’s “Villa Gidel”

We had a very pleasant night for our road trip in Normandy, very accessible accommodation thanks to the instructions given. Small chalet, very clean, well furnished, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay in peace. Access to the campsite pool thanks to the bracelets was very useful to us in this heatwave. We will be back without hesitation!

La Petite Maison was a perfect choice for a short stay, for two people, near the Normandy beaches. There is a very comfortable bed. The kitchen area is small, but had everything we needed. The fridge was very efficient, even during such hot weather. We made much use of the delightful outside space, enjoying breakfast and apéros sat in the sun. We spent three lovely days in Lion-sur-Mer, and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. Thank you Marie-Françoise.

We had a great week at this place. The whole place matched the photos, whether it was the interior or the relaxing view of the sea. The bedding is good quality and the accommodation is worth the asking price. The host was discreet throughout the stay (unless we needed her by message), we just met her for the key handover before our departure. She is kind and smiling. We highly recommend this accommodation and we will come back if we have the opportunity to visit Normandy.

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

Yves is a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. The studio is perfectly located in a quiet complex with its own parking space, which is located in a closed courtyard. The beach and all shops, the market and the town center can be reached in a few minutes. The studio is extremely clean, nicely furnished and has many things - such as screen printing coffee machine, tea bar, a basic assortment of spices, etc., which make the stay very pleasant. On the small balcony, you can have a wonderful breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine.

Very warm and friendly welcome, available. Spacious house with all amenities, access to the beach, very well located for landing beaches and museums. We had a great time in Avignon.

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m and access to the center of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

A great cozy place for a couple to stay. Well equipped with cooking utensils if you want to do your own cooking. Located close to the beach and great restaurants. All within easy walking distance. A great place to get away and relax! Quentin is a responsive host and gave us clear instructions to access the apartment. Thank you Quentin!

We had a great stay in this studio, everything was clean, the amenities offered are perfect and the sea view from the balcony is incredible :) It is easy to park for free in front of the residence and the center of Cabourg is nearby. I recommend it and would be happy to come back!
