Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and terrace. It also has a small storage room and auxiliary space with a washing machine. A privilegeous location since it is situated a few meters away from the main road of the country with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

Πρόκειται για ένα σπίτι που διατηρεί την κλασική κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική στον οικισμό Κάστρο στην Χώρα της Σερίφου. είναι μία παραδοσιακή μεζονέτα όπου στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μια μικρή αυλή με το μπάνιο (είναι εξωτερικό).Υπάρχει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και καθιστικό με 2 καναπέδες-κρεββάτια .Στον επάνω όροφο το υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεββάτι, ο οποίος καταλήγει σε μια μεγάλη βεράντα όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν την καταπληκτική θέα.Στα 150 μέτρα βρίσκεται το δημοτικό παρκιν της χώρας .

The Photographer’s House

My house is a small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow streets, there are no vehicles allowed. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean Sea, away from the crowded and noisy port of Livadi.

Η vorini, είναι ένα αυτόνομο μικρό παραδοσιακό σπιτάκι ,σε ένα από τα σοκάκια της παλιάς πόλης της Χώρας. Βρίσκεται σε 2 με 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του Δημαρχείου της Άνω χώρας,τα καταστήματα,εστιατόρια ,καφε,μέσα μεταφοράς και δημόσιο parking.Επίσης απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι. Ωστόσο ήσυχα. Ιδανικά να έχετε μικρές αποσκευές,γιατί υπάρχουν αρκετά σκαλιά για την πρόσβαση στο σπιτάκι,καθώς δεν επιτρέπονται τα αυτοκίνητα στα σοκάκια της Χώρας.

Serifos 1890 cliff house

Serifos 1890- an artistic cliff house in Chora Our house is one of the oldest castle houses located at the heart of Chora. Built approximately around 1900, it is located 20 steps away from Agios Athanasios church, the Metropolis church of Chora, in Serifos. It was fully renovated in 2019, taking into great consideration and respect all of the Greek traditional elements that were present in our residency. The residency is approximately 60m2 in one level.
