This is a boutique hotel. Beautiful garden and a nice pool. Next to embassies and private schools. There’s lots of parking available. I found it practical and very comfortable. Breakfast was fine (no espresso or buffet) but was served in the sunny garden near the pool. So really it’s 98% perfect. I’d go again.

It’s a beautiful big house with a big garden and a lovely drive way. The pool area is relaxing and has different tables, chairs and sun beds to hang out. I had a good work flow by the pool in the shade. I got my room earlier then the usual check in time, which was very nice. There is free filtered water and free coffee. All the stuff was super friendly. The AC in my room worked very well, during the night the ventilator was enough. I used the laundry service which was excellent. The area is very safe and there was always a breeze.

La estancia fue agradable, la host es muy flexible y amable para explicar cosas, y la respuesta a problemas es rápida, ya que la comunicación es muy fluida de su parte. El lugar es limpio y calmo, el barrio es bastante seguro y todo lo que se promete en el listing estaba disponible. Muy buena experiencia.

Un alojamiento bastante cómodo. La habitación está bien equipada con todo lo necesario (artículos de baño, agua caliente, clóset, refrigeradora, microondas, a/c y smart tv. También te incluye de bienvenida: agua, tés y café). El baño es amplio y muy bonito. Todo es de buena calidad y la atención 10/10. Lo recomiendo.

This place was immaculate and exceeded our expectations on all levels! Francisco was incredibly helpful and informative. The room was very private and pristine. The house is beautiful, with an incredible layout, lovely art and familial decorations, and very warm and welcoming. The experience was cozy and relaxing, walkable to a wide array of restaurants and a grocery store. There was also Netflix setup on the TV! All in all - this was BY FAR the best value for accommodations in Managua and I will continue to recommend this place to any and all who will listen. Thanks guys for such a wonderful stay! P.S. Francisco's English was really good.
