Great studio, super clean and with strong WiFi. Location was ideal. Putri was very helpful and responsive. There were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

if you’re planning to jakarta this is the best place to stay. 10 minutes from the central. very peaceful at night. easy to check in and most important the house is clean. the host also very responsive and helpful.

Pros : Lokasi ditengah2 jakarta jdi kemana2 deket. Shower nya bener2 oke water pressurenya. Sangat bersih dan well equipped. View nya lumayan krn ada dilantai 30. Ada snack & airmineral, plus kulkas yg gede & dingin. Ditiap ruangan ada AC. Host sangat helpful & responsive Disekitaran banyak banget tempat jajan. Cons : Dijam berangkat & pulang kerja agak macet yaa, wajar. Perfect space untuk 3 dewasa, kalo lebih + koper2 mungkin agak kurang longgar space nya. Jam checkin/checkout straight 2pm-11am lol

Senang menginap disini. Akan menjadi pilihan untuk menginap kembali jika ada kesempatan dilain waktu. Hanya saja sayangnya tidak ada water dispenser. Tapi semuanya ok, host juga sangat responsif.

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

Zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven. Je zit in zuid Jakarta in de beste wijk met alles om je heen. Ik heb ervan genoten.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

Menginap di tempat Kak Dian nyaman , enak , tenang.. Dekat alfa , lawson, dan atm center, tempat makan jg dekat tinggal turun. Ke lobby semua ada .. Tuan rumah jg ramah dan baik .. Recommended

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Kamar sangat nyaman, dengan pemandangan kota yg indah, mudah untuk menuju ke mall, cuma sedikit susah untuk mencari tempat pakiran mobilnya

De communicatie was prettig en de ruimte was zeer goed verzorgd.

Overall bagus. Cocok buat berkumpul rame2. Yang bikin ribet adalah security, resepsionis yang terlalu banyak bertanya. Jadi tamu2 saya rada risih. Dan sayapun risih. Tp aman2 aja ternyata sampe check out. Apartment sangat luas. Bersih. Cuma kemarin kebetulan hujan besar. Dan bocor. Cuma ga terlalu mengganggu. Tp intinya puas. Nyaman bgt. Feels like home.

Shout-out for Kak Yulita as a Co-host. Fast for respond chat, clear instruction, also she gave us late check-out time. The home was nice, quiet ambience, and clean.

Famille charmante avec Émilia et son mari Cholis qui parle très bien anglais et qui son très serviable et toujours prêt à vous aidé idem pour la nurse qui fera son maximum pour vous aidé même si elle ne comprend pas l'anglais ce qui est parfois très drôle. La maison est à 30mn-1H du centre de la ville en fonction de la circulation ce qui rend ce rbnb calme et en totale immersion chez l'habitant
