Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mendoza

This place is precisely as advertised - beautiful, peaceful, and in a FABULOUS part of town. You can easily walk to most anything you need, particularly Aristides which has everything ... great restaurants, shops, bars, markets, as well as the amazing San Martin Parque which is just a block away. The apartment itself is very safe and secluded. As pictured, there is a beautiful courtyard out front, as well as a small private patio out back. Even though it is located in a very accessible spot, you don't hear much street noise at all. And the hosts are all equally great. They provided immediate responses to any inquiries we had, provided great local recommendations, and (a bonus for us) are fluent in English. We definitely will stay here again - and/or recommend friends - if/when the need arises.

We had an amazing time! Santi's house was ideal for this trip of 3 couples! We were very comfortable in the living and dining room. The kitchen is super equipped for cooking! The gallery with the sunshine and nature, really beautiful. The rooms are super equipped. At all times it was easy to communicate and the kindness of his family to welcome us was very warm!! Loving! Honestly, we felt right at home! We would definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the pool after the wineries! Thank you Santi!!!

Our stay at Casa Luz was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Maria Luz was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home instantly. We really appreciated your flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to organize our travel plans stress-free and make the most of our time. In addition, his recommendations for places to visit, eat and explore were excellent. Thanks to her, we discovered wonderful corners that we might not have found on our own. As for the house, everything worked perfectly. It was impeccable, comfortable and had everything you need for a carefree stay. We really didn't have any problems and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves fully. We recommend this Airbnb and María Luz 100%. We'll be back without hesitation!

Great location for family of 7 adults ! We were comfortable and plenty of space. Everything was clean and clutter free and we had cleaning service during the week (a nice luxury). The laundry/washer was also a nice perk of staying here. It was a tad cold when we were in Mendoza but there is a fireplace that warms up the area and a heating system. Our host was so responsive - within minutes I received a response. All our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. 10-20 min drive to all the major wineries. We were in a safe and quiet neighborhood, occasionally loud dog but honestly did not bother us. Our host has excellent attention to detail and hospitality we were welcomed with some wine and goodies and also had available laundry detergent and hangers to dry our clothes. We didn’t have time to enjoy the asado option but great option for ~65$ per person. Would highly recommend this modern home.

My friend and I could not have found a better Airbnb to stay in while we were visiting Mendoza. Carolina's home is extremely close to several restaurants, town center, and multiple bus stops. The house was the perfect size for the two of us and would be no problem for a small family. Chacras de Coria was also a great town to stay in - lots of good food, coffee shops, and although we didn't get to go, there is even a winery within walking distance. As many other reviews have also mentioned, Carolina was extremely warm, accommodating, and helpful. She made us feel right at home and made it clear we could ask if we had any questions. Her recommendations were great and she truly went above and beyond to be an excellent host. My friend and I both agreed that Carolina is the best Airbnb host we've ever met and we hope one day we can return to the Mendoza area and stay with her again.

This house is a great find! the location is perfect, very close to the main street with all the restaurants and bars, but at the same time there is a long walkway leading to the house itself, so it's located a little bit inside the neighborhood, and you don't hear absolutely any street noises. It's quiet and private and just 3 minute walk from the main street! Haydee's house us beautifully designed. Very tasteful interior and stylish furniture, nice accents, and a very cozy fireplace. We spent our evenings sitting by the fire with a glass of wine after going out! The place had everything we needed and it was very clean. The host was super responsive, and her daughters were over to greet us. They even left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. We are very thankful for your help, and attention and kindness. you could feel the hospitality and warmth. Highly recommend!

One of my best Airbnb experiences. Excellent location , there is the center and the San Martín park, in a very quiet and beautiful area. The apartment is very spacious and a lot of light comes in, the kitchen is complete , it has everything to cook , the dining room is very bright and has access to its own huge terrace, the bed is very comfortable , we rest very well. Susana is a divine . He recommended many places and also gave us all the indicators of the house . We'll definitely be back soon.

The apartment is divine, very comfortable and functional. The view is open and panoramic to the city, the sunrise is beautiful and at night you can see all the little lights. A few meters away there is a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mini-market. 100% recommended, we will be back!

We had a lovely week staying with Marcela and Werner in their separate upstairs apartment. It was very well located, easy to get to the centre and to Aristides restaurants and shops. Marcela makes every effort to be helpful and it is very handy to have Werner’s English skills as well as practical assistance. The apartment is above their house and very private, safe and secure. The apartment has very comfortable beds and a practical kitchen including washing machine and clothes racks for drying in the sun. The bathroom works well with a level entry shower, safer than one over a bath. The decor is homely rather than chic but works well for a very comfortable stay. Marcela goes out of her way to be of assistance and is helped by Justina who is lovely and speaks good English. The street is quiet and it was easy to get Uber drivers around town and Marcela helped us find a great driver to take us to the Uco valley sightseeing. Mendoza is a beautiful leafy and elegant city. We loved it!

The place is super nice, wonderful, simple and with beautiful views, super comfortable location, the only detail is that the elevator makes a lot of noise (in my case I can sleep with any noise, but if you are a light sleeper or wake up with noises I would consider it hehehe) Also consider that the top floor must be reached by stairs because the elevator only goes to the previous floor

Very spacious and comfortable stay. Lots of natural light from windows. Shutters help keep the morning light out, which is great. WiFi is strong for remote work and video calls. Conveniently located by a mini grocery store and a cafeteria. Quiet neighborhood and nice surroundings.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. A wide variety of restaurants are in easy walking distance, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare food at home. Nice and quiet, the apartment is at the back of the building away from the street. The 7th floor setting affords beautiful views over the city to the Andes from the bedrooms. Although it was too cool during our visit, the two balcony areas would be very pleasant in warmer weather. The only caution we would offer is about the shower, which has a very slippery floor and water temperature that is difficult to modulate--just something to be careful with. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Excellent experience and highly recommended. The amenities were top notch, everything was very well kept and the facilities were modern and super comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful from the start, pending our entire stay. They facilitated the whole process and allowed us to check in earlier, which helped us a lot to make better use of the time. The photos match the facilities, the location is good and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly we would return, a successful stay.

The apartment is really beautiful, premium level and with an incredible view. Santiago was always attentive to any questions and even prepared the apartment for us to enter before check-in time. Too bad the jacuzzi didn't work, but the building's amenities are great. I hope we can come back.

Spacious space with an excellent location. The apartment represents the pictures very well. Very clean and organized. For the cold days there is ar conditionado hot that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend!

We spent the weekend and everything was great! Good location to walk to the center, the house super comfortable and well equipped. Caro was super attentive and available when we needed her. We were a group of 4 friends and highly recommend this Airbnb :)
