Very nice neighborhood, clean and safe, many good places to shop. The host is easy to talk to. Overall satisfying stays in Paris.

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

This place is great. Right next to the train station and a bus stop outside. On a main street but not busy, very tidy little apartment and has everything for a short stay. View of the Eiffel Tower is much better than we expected, especially at night when it sparkles. Would stay again for sure.

I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung hat ganz viel Charme. Die Gegend war toll und wir hatten eine super Zeit. Ich kann das Airbnb jedem empfehlen, der keine Probleme mit Treppenstiegen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

The apartment provided a real Parisian experience. It was so full of character and lovely to be amongst everyday life in Paris. An 8 minute walk to Notre Dame and the train station. Recommended taxi service was reliable and friendly. Plenty of great places to eat. We tried snails and onion soup. We bought fruit and gifts from the local market a few minutes away. We would certainly go back again. Catherine was an excellent host. Thank you

We (family of five) had a wonderful week in Blandy at July's house. July's parents met us on arrival and although our French is very poor they were very helpful and introduced us to the house. Through the week July was always quick to respond and kind in helping us with any questions. The house is a lovely home, beautifully designed and with lots for all the family to do. Our children particularly enjoyed using the bicycles, playing pool and relaxing in the hammocks and garden. Blandy is a very quiet and pretty village and we had a fantastic meal eating at the restaurant L'entourloupe adjacent to the tower. There is also a great takeaway pizzeria in the village, a small shop, another restaurant and a boulangerie. We found lots to do in the area including a day in Paris using the fast train from Melun (free parking at the municipal swimming pool), a day at Fontainebleu, and a picnic down at the banks of the Seine. We would happily recommend July's home to others.

Super séjour avec des amis au vert chez Laurence. Accueil impeccable et maison / jardin très agréable ! On a même eu la chance d'avoir des bébés chatons et la visite d'un hérisson :)

I just want to start by thanking the amazing host. He welcomed us on arrival, making us feel right at home and even went through the effort to make us a delicious pie. The house was as described with a great selection of amenities and a very comfortable living space. Parking right outside the property made it all super easy. Check in was very flexible and we were given clear instructions on how everything worked. Really comfortable beds. A short walk from a very sweet town. 10/10 stay. Thank you again.

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

Merci Arnaud pour le séjour. La maison a été calme et fonctionnelle pour un groupe de 10 personnes. Le coin spa est génial et super entretenu et permet de profiter un maximum du lieu. Tout était parfait et propre. Arnaud est un hôte disponible et arrangeant je recommande !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mes enfants et moi. Non seulement parce que la location est décorée avec beaucoup de goût mais aussi car c'était vraiment très propre, fonctionnel et confortable (aussi bien les lits que le canapé). De plus le village est très mignon et degage une atmosphère de quiétude. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Paris en nous rendant à la gare RER de la hacquiniere qui est à seulement 5mn en voiture et où il est facile de se garer . Angélique est très accueillante et sympathique.

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Corentin Airbnb was worth every penny we spent. It was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and located perfectly. Just within a few minutes walk there were fast food stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Corentin was extremely responsive when we had questions and was clear with his instructions. It was a lovely stay and will recommend it to anyone going to France that wants to stay close enough to Paris but not right in the center. 5 stars all round.

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. Tuvimos que reservar de urgencia el apartamento y en 1 hora ya estábamos en el lugar. Encontramos todo impecable y Jerome nos respondió al instante.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
