Family-friendly holiday rentals in Melun

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Very well equipped accommodation. The spa is very nice. Sabrina and Serge are very responsive and provide all the useful information. The garden is also very nice. We had a very good stay.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

The tower and the environment are enchanting, the garden is sublime, the pool is warm, the birds are singing and the cat Sucette is adorable. My daughters and I had a great weekend. Ingrid is a 5-star host, kind, generous, responsive and her pancakes are delicious! We highly recommend!!

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. An ideal apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well furnished and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping center opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in every way! Validated for my part ✅

We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed: bed linen, towels, coffee, etc. The location is quiet in a backyard and the apartment even has a small, walled terrace. We found it practical that there were numerous bakers or small There are grocery stores. We had our bikes with us, in a few minutes you can be at the Place de la Republique. We did all the tours by bike, which worked very well, as there are bike paths everywhere in Paris.

Like all the comments indicated, the place was superb☺️. With a more than soothing composition, it responds to the search for calm, beauty and sweetness. The accommodation was just as satisfactory, functional and pleasant. Special mention for the mattress, which is more than comfortable for a good rest! A very good welcome and good recommendations that we took advantage of. Also a very good environment for a dog! The two already present are a very positive note for your dog. If it can respect the dedicated space and the other animals in the place, that's perfect! For mine (1 year old dog), it allowed us to work - with success - on the acceptance of the various animals present. Access to the Loing is the icing on the cake for fans of swimming or a quiet corner by the water 🥰 We are so excited for this getaway!

The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully furnished and can top it all off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the center of the village in four minutes by car, where you can find everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful hostess who manages to make you feel really welcome. In the event of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without giving the feeling of being a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and will be happy to come back!

We were in Alexandrine's apartment for the third time. It is ideal for a short break with two adults and two children. Disneyland is even within walking distance and the center of Paris can also be reached by public transport. Great! We'd love to come back. 😊👍

I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. It's ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
